I keep postponing to make maple cookies. WHY my husband isn't crazy about maple, and my kids have not try but if they dont like it then chocolate chip cookies is my back up. i have to bake both of them.. Which si why i keep postponing due to not enough time. the weekend is booked that i have plans, so wait until i get no plan and in a purrfect time then i will bake both cookies.
Seriously, i am looking forward to baking REAL maple ( SYRUP ) cookies.
:fruit: indeed, i have a sweet tooth.

Maple syrup is graded based on the tapping. The first tapping of a tree produce the lightest colored and flavoured syrup. The last tapping of the tree produced the darkest and strongest flavoured syrup which is usually only used for baking.
