Oh, is there another National Deaf Expo in Vegas again this year? I remember one being there a few years ago.

I've never been there but I am betting it costs a pretty penny to go.

I hope you and PFH have fun, without burning the town down of course, :lol:

It was 2010 an expo was hosted there, and another one next summer. :)

For me, its very cheap to go to vegas. For you... Any flights out of that area is $$$$ I don't envy you. :aw:

But I have work and no money, plus I am saving for a new camera, remember?? :lol:

Yeah it's expensive to fly out of XNA I am told. FSM and LR isn't too bad though.

No vacation time in the summer?

How expensive, curious?

I had to put $780 freaking dollars on my credit card to get my daughter fly out here for Thanksgiving but life is too short. Go to Vegas!!!!!!!
 
I was going to pay for half of a flight ticket to fly my friend to AR as she was stuck in TX (she got herself straightened out thank goodnes) and for her and her 7 y/o DD it was going to be $900 together to XNA and $700 for FSM.

I suspect from XNA/FSM to LV would be around the $1,000s if me and my DD go together.

And, no, I don't get ANY vacation time whatsoever. Which is one of the reasons why I want off this farm!

HOLY F******* H****LLL??? WTF? It costs about $300 to fly to Vegas from Baltimore for one person. WHAT THE?!!!!

I typically pay between $250-$350 too.

That is not bad...but $1,000 for Dixie to fly out to Vegas. That is CRAZY!!!!

yea do come when you can. I've been to Vegas probably 5+ already and I always do it cheap. I never pay more than $30 per nite for hotel and my roundtrip flight's usually $300-range. I go there usually once a year.

why do you want a new camera? what's wrong with using iPhone? Since I got my new iPhone, I haven't touched my digital camera.

don't do it. not worth blowing your hard-earned money for it when you can do it for cheap in other location.

just do it when you move out to somewhere better and more affordable.
 
Only one airline service where I live. To go next town (45 min flight) cost more than fly Vancouver to Australia.
