you going eye dr for checkup?

Many million people always going eye dr for checkup like eye exam annual or whatevers..

I went eye dr Aug.4 across from my mom's work in Little Rock,Ar and doing fine but they says i get glasses because i have my eye vision trouble due blurr expect television,magazines,newspapers,etc..But i did post on facebook to my family and friends so i will get glasses in few days around monday or tuesday im pray..
 
New glasses for me too....for reading.As for contacts, I could never wear them due to severe dry eyes...and always felt "something was in my eye"...Allergies play a big part of it...and I honestly hate glasses...thought about laser surgery before, decided against it. (Too chicken), when it comes to my eyes, I'm ever so cautious....
 
I have to work in 3 new eye appointments for the family. My glasses are getting weak, son broke his again (man I love Gorilla Glue) and now, hubby has bent his, but his were very old,. Mine are 9 months old, son's are 1 year and hubby's are 5 years old. Daughter doesn't have to have them.
 
I think I need glasses. My dad wears them and my mom does so more likely I have to. I hate the looks when I wear glasses and I hate contact lenses as well.

The ironic thing that is I passed the eye test for getting Iowa drivers license.

It's a good idea to have regular eye exams. Some medical conditions can affect your eyes.

My teen broke a pair of bendable titanium glasses. Now, I buy cheaper glasses for him. Everyone is myopic in my family. Just a bunch of nerds. lol

I was thinking about laser surgery but I fear blindness.
 
I have my eyes checked every two years, I have a lazy eye which can never be corrected but they recommended i wear glasses but i rarely wear them for reading and computer time
 
I have glasses. My dad had laser eye surgery but I'm too chicken. I also have colourrd contacts. I need a new set of both though. I ripped the contacts lady night and my glasses have been falling apart for a while now.

Yeah, if you have diabetes that can affect your eyes sight ,plus eyes exams can tell if your have other medical conditions. I found out out I am getting a
cataract in one eye but it will not affect my eyes sight for some years. I have
20/20 eyes vision when I was younger I had 20/15 eyes vision , which mean I had better than average eyes sight. It made up for my poor hearing!!
