oh i had rides because i rubbed with the richest boys in the old town, went to parties too lol
but like the 'limitless' film i impressed them with knowledge of cars and racing, so much that they offered me rides, been in merc limo, supercharrged v8 Jeep hot rod, a 500HP 928, a Bentley Continential Turbo-R , Lexuses, but now im back in the small town full of boring people. There are rich people but they very boring and unfriendly except for the bike shop owner who will takes me for a good ride in a Falcon GTHO Phase 2 and Phase 3, been in his XU1, which my brother once owned (hence why i knew about the car -he was impressed...)
so...gonna work hard...and see if i can buy a Lotus Elise...that's all i want, and a wagon for the dogs, just a nice humble plain jap import, probably a Toyota Carig, cheap to run, i go to lots places with my dogs... but the Elise hmmm it really a raw, easy to go fast, very light high power to weight ratio so its more like a road-legal Go-kart lol, 150mph from a 1.8 ltr 4cyl heh heh

What is Toyota Carig? Sounds spell Craig or strange name in New Zealand?

Lotus Elise...... if you are an aggressive driver, you are more likely to spend the money on 4 new tires in every 12,070 Km (7,500 miles),according to my service writer who chat with a motorist (Lotus Elise) that he said he replace the tires every year even he didnt drive a lot. This driver is an old man, LOL

Carig, not spelling error here, a small wagon, 2 Lt manual nice little goer , great for my dogs, or a suzuki jeep but i dread its a slug...so prefer something abit zippier ofc

i wouldnt be fooled with the 'old man' he might have been a professional racer in his youth or at least raced motorcycles (like i did)...
 
the Elise is an aggressive car no shit about that, boy racer's dream, hell next up would be a TVR Speed Six or similar...
 
I wouldnt buy a 911 after my experience. :) too stiff. A 760li v12 is a better buy, Alex..

Grummer, I havent rode a Ferrari, but wont be surprised if I drove one soon.

I drove a Lotus Elise on a racetrack experience day. As you say, it's a very fast car that gets its speed from its light weight rather than a big engine. It's cheaper to buy and run than any other sports car I know of. However it's rather primitive, uncomfortable and lacks the mod-cons.

but like i said, if you really want to drive fast, you DONT need radios and shit (were Deaf for fucks sake lol) and the you'd want the least amount of distraction, Maybe if i get an Elise, I'd probably change the seats, if for a slightly heavier but more better suited contour for confort, not neccessary THICk padding, no, just a better shape...bucket seats to be on the shopping list...
and Elise is to me, a virtual road-legal Racing go-kart with a near F1 sized engine but at 150MPH that is PLENTY i wouldnt ask for more

if wanting a luxuary id go for a Lexus IS-F a black one, and since its a Jap no body gonna take much notice...which is good for against car theives, (if professional thieves then it might be trouble)
