But... I am not surprised anyways...

Bah...humbug!...."The Juice" back into the headlines...Maybe OJ and Vick will "team up"....wouldn't that be a "humdinger?"
From the way it sounds, the media is seeking HIM out. Personally, I think it's best to leave OJ alone. This just reeks of manipulation on the part of Oprah to me.
So what? He can't be held accountable for the killings due to the double jeopardy rule. He was tried and aquitted, so anything he says now is meaningless.
.
Nah, Double Jeopardy is that you can't be tried with the same evidence. If a new evidence was introduced such as his confession he can be retried.

Not really. Allowing a repeat trial in that circumstance would lead to an incentive to hold back evidence, or lines of inquiry, for a retrial. That is why prosecutors must do it right the first time with all the evidence at their disposal.
You have a way of cutting to the chase, don't you?![]()

no. Double Jeopardy is that you can't be retried for same charge. What you're talking about is more like - a mistrial.
if the prosecutor wanted to wait for new evidence to surface, he would have put this in a cold case file and then hope for best.
OJ doesn't want to be left alone. He's broke and lonely. He wants attention and a tv spot.
