Any update on the newborn twin Shel?

Nothing yet on her FB. I dont want to bother her by asking right now. She posted on FB that life is very difficult for her and her husband right now. They have a 2 year old and one of the twins is at home so I think they are overwhelmed. I will let you know as soon as she postes an update. I sent her your thoughts and prayers and she was appreciative.

I learned that I am losing weight again. No exercise yet, just getting my system used to the dairy free diet and increasing my water. I am down another 5 pounds last week. 15 since this started.

Way to go!!! I gained 5 lbs myself in the last few weeks. Dairy free diet...I could try that since I need to cut down my cheese addiction. :hmm:

Several months ago I house-sat for my sister and her husband, mostly to keep an eye on their cat, CC. They had a five-acre spread and the cat was queen of it all and I admired her spunk because it seemed the odds were stacked against it, since there were foxes around and who knows what else. I remember CC doing tapdances on my chest at three in the morning, imperiously demanding to be let out, her purring gratitude at being fed, and the the look of devilment in her eyes as she stalked my toes on the couch. Well, my sister called me to tearfully inform me that CC was sleeping on top of the garage door and accidentally got crushed to death. They are taking it hard, and I don't blame them. CC was quite the feline character and I miss her already.

So sorry. :(

I learned to throw away ALL permanent markers from my house because my four year old decided to mark her face (and belly, etc.) like war paint or something. It was almost impossible to get it all off. Now she looks like she has weird birth marks on her face.

Once I caught my daughter playing with the blue tablet for the toilet flush. How she got into it still baffles me however needless to say she was covered from head to toe nearly with blue. It took 3 whole days to get it off :D

I learned that life is six one way and half a dozen the other.
