Snow, mudslides and terrorism.

Please pray for our family (and friends) as we travel.
(I will attend mass tonight.)

Yea, I hope the snow wont be too bad on Sunday because my daughter is flying out here.

Looks like a White Christmas for so many of us! Woot! Have a great holiday, y'all, and don't worry about terrorism! :)

We could have ice here. I hope everyone travels safe. I'll be attending the Christmas Eve Service at our church tonight.

Expecting decent weather here. Going to Christmas Eve service soon. 10:30pm. We are expecting some freezing weather Sunday night and Monday morning. We will see. I can already feel the cold in my bones. Gonna be a rough weekend.

Thank you and same to you.

I enjoyed last Friday. Thanks, everyone.

Oh, no... the oranges crop in FL is especially sensitive to freezing temperatures, which is NOT good... :(
Keep warm, KristinaB!!!

I fear quite a bit of the citrus crop was already damaged in the previous freezes we had. Now they are really worried about all of the other produce that is being compromised. They are predicting massive crop damage statewide from this cold front coming in today. Right now, the wind is something else. MIL was thinking of having the outdoor decorations taken down it's so bad. Anything that begins to blow away, we retrieve and put into the garage. I have already liberated the peanuts gang, the 3 piece train set and Santa on the rocking horse and they are all in the garage. Now, I just looked out, the star for the nativity has come down again and is blowing across the yard. Half the lights on the house have also come down. A neighbor had a palm tree fall on the fence and smash it good. The other neighbor has been, not happily, collecting all kinds of branches in her pool. We will help her clean that up this week. MIL is worried about her large schefflera tree next to the garage. IT had a palm tree in the middle and is really blowing around. It has stood firm through countless hurricanes, but this wind is something else. Here's a quick snap of the tree.
