I may be one of the very few people glad for Mondays. hahaha. It's 7:30 am in the morning and I am ready to start the day. I will be working here in a little bit. Well babysitting, that is WORK. haha. Anyway, I just wanted to see how every is doing today, what everyone was thinking and feeling.

I am thinking, it's going to be a good week, and about baking cookies. I am feeling thirsty. :) Hope your week starts out great. Sends out good vibes to everyone. :::::::goodvibes:::::

I hate this Monday cuz I'm late for my doctor. I will need to reshecdule.

I am sorry. I woke up way too early and in result I have a headache, not fun with two babies. I am babysitting today. You know what I would do in place of going to the doctor? relax. :) Hope your day gets better.

i am happy about this monday too! last week was finals week for me, so this is the first monday in a while that i didnt have to get up for school! woohoo!!

So far it's been a rough Monday. I thought I was glad but the baby I am babysitting for us being demanding and I am not getting anything done. Then the lady down stairs says I am being too loud but I don't think I am, but what do I know, I can't hear it. haha. Oh well. I think the holidays has everyone on edge. I think she hears me running back and forth attending to two babies since I have one in her bedroom napping and I keep checking on her and the other one in here with me. Wonder what she's gonna say when Kaylee is older and up and walking and talking and crying and yelling?

This is my Monday to do bills. I dread it since I know we spent too much for Christmas. Oh well, no one to blame but my husband.

since cvs cut my hours so they give me lousy day to work is on every monday once a day per week.. oh well at least it keeps me out of trouble so have fun and stay dry!! ;)

Today is not a good Monday for us. Hubby went to work with no problem. Then he calls before I left on errands. His boss's wife died yesterday (expected, she was in Hospice due to cancer) and hubby had to come home early and will not be working all week. There is no work for him to do. Well, that will be a crappy paycheck right before New Year's.

Yes it is. My daughter is counting down the days until Christmas. I've been searching the Internet for some Christmas themed projects we could do together here while we are off from school for the winter break.

You can make a snowman from a socking. Buy a child's size tube sock, foam stuffing, sand, old buttons or beads.

Turn the sock inside out, put 3 scoops of sand in a sandwich bag and tie it up with a rubber band (make sure it is tight) and put it in the sock first. Then, add the foam up to the edge where the ankle and foot parts of the socks meet..try to make it fat and thick. Use floss, tie it around the middle as tight to make it look like you have a head and a torso. Roll the ankle part of the sock down and use colorful markers, make lines going up and down from the very top to the end of the ankle part. Glue a colorful cotton ball on the top. Make scarves from felt paper and glue it around the floss which is the "neck". Add the beads or buttons for the face and body. Color a toothpick orange with a marker and stick it in the middle of the face for a nose. Find two small sticks from trees and use them as arms.

Presto, you have a cute paperweight that is a snowman. :)

Thanks, I may have to try that to see if she likes it.

Gee Shel - that sounds nice - I may even try that. Daughter loves to do crafts like that.
