I'm glad this thread popped up though, because I've been studying Islam a bit lately. I'm thinking of reading the Koran after I get done reading the Bible.

Regardless of his political affiliation, I don't want to be associated with him for the fact he and his followers picket funerals, run sites like godhatesfags.com, godhatesamerica.com, and godhatesweden.com, and in general spread hatred and vitriol. Even if someone was spreading a message I agree with in the way he and his followers do, I would still be opposed to how they spread their message.

If I recall correctly, Michelango did Moses with horns too though you don't often see that in Christian art. I must confess here that I don't know much about Jewish art.

I thought Phelps was a Republican. Whatever. I don't care if he's a Democrat or whatever he is, I wouldn't want to follow him in his ways.

Well, I don't know if one really needs to know so much about "Jewish art" to see that the perspective of the artist is a reflection of their belief system.
