Shampoo

Marketed, yes. Developed for people, I don't know. If that's the case, then people should use it only on their manes and tails. :giggle:

I guess we shouldn't use moisturizers designed for cow udder or we will start mooing and produce milk.

Did you know that there is a lotion for humans called Udderly Smooth?

I tried it out when I was a teenager. Gasp, that was probably when I was overwhelmed with the desire to spell moving as MOO-ving

I recently purchased Bed Head's Moisture Maniac... it was on sale, shampoo and conditioner for 20 bucks. BUT it was a waste of my twenty bucks, I didn't finish the combo and I ended up using a cheaper brand that I had stashed away for emergency use.

I LOVE Catwalk products. The Oatmeal and Honey Shampoo makes my hair silky smooth, you can usually find it for 2/20 bucks at most hair salons (even Rite Aid) and I give it my seal of approval. Then again, we have different hair types (mine is thin and medium length) so I'd suggest for you to experiment away ;)

I'm having to pitch 2 of my shampoos, the clarifying by Suave and the Aveeno - I had clumps of hair fall out. that usually only happens with baby shampoo. Now I am on the hunt again for 2 new ones that will clean oily hair, tame the frizz and survive my allergies.

I am allergic to most ALL soaps and cleaners. It is a living pain and expensive.

As a person allergic to half the food available, virutally every antibiotic, latex, adhesives, and many scented products...I feel your pain. However, I am not allergic to soap.

My clothes get washed twice each time - once with detergent and then again with no detergent to make sure it is all out. There are times that we only wash my clothes with baking soda.

I wear rubber gloves when cleaning, but I have to take the gloves, turn them inside out and get all the powder and stuff off the insides forst, turn back to the right was, sprinkle in cornstarch and then I can wear them.

As far as soaps, I have to clean, then I go over with vinegar to make sure all soap is off. I get "pickled" each time. :giggle:

It is something else.

I will hope that you don't have MAJOR issues and you take care of yourself. You are too special.

walgreen sell "Free and Natural" shampoo. I use that for my son as he has eczema.

Vanicream sell shampoo too. I love using Vanicream soap and cream for his eczema (also available at Walgreen but not the shampoo). It's the only thing that doesn't make his ezcema worst. Other soap and lotion does.

When I clean I either use completely natural products or just vinegar and warm water, about a 50/50 mix.

Have you tried making your own shampoo and cleaners? There are plenty recipes using natural in home things that you may be able to tolerate easier?

EpiPens are like my crack ;) YAY Allergies!

Hadn't thought of that - I will check into it.

I have normal hair for which I use Pert Plus or Herbal Essences. For best results, I alternate shampoos every 2 weeks so my hair doesn't become too oily or dried out. I also let my hair air dry to prevent frizziness.

I've tried two type of Organic shampoo. They've equally worked well for me. One's from Neco and other's from Neem.

My hair becomes easy to brush and stays healthy after using those products.
