But they are moving. And this is worrying NY where the greater percentage of their tax revenue base comes from rich people who live there. We're talking differences of in the millions, not a few thousand bucks.

Yup. NJ, NY, and CA. Followed by Ohio, RI, Iowa, Vt, Neb, and Minnesota.

OREGON!? No way ... I'm not going to believe those links you provided. I know my homestate Oregon is not definitely rich.
By the way, in a case if you don't know, Oregon is tax free.

I'm so surprise that links claimed Oregon is a rich state. No way... I knew my home state very well...
Because of that - I'm eligible for being a patronage of public libraries in NYC. It's so much better than NJ libraries because it's well-financed and well-resourced.
