Yes, of course. Depression isn't real. It's a conspiracy to keep Americans drugged.
in some cases it is purely a normal human reaction... Say like someone had an car accident and became paralyzed and is depressed about it (and they never experienced depression as bad as they did now) .
Conspiracy is really thinking outside of the box. Or maybe I should say, unpopular opinion.
BUT if it get to the point that they can't function at work or home... then they have a problem.
Sounds like induced depression to me.
They call it "situational" because the depression is directly related to another circumstance in the person's life (i.e. an emotional reaction) rather than being the result of a chemical imbalance like clinical depression.
