Hello everyone! I have been going back to running and jogging in recent weeks and becoming addicted to it now. Anyone else like to run/jog?
My goal is to run 5 miles a day. For now, I can run a half a mile cuz of my knees hurting. I plan on buying better shoes next week so hopefully that will help.
Anyone run/job 5 miles a day? How long does it take? I hope to do it in an hour cuz that would be all the time I have to spare.
Since starting my daily walk/jog each morning on the first week of July, I have noticed that my arms and legs are getting thinner but MOST of all, my stomach is getting flatter. Whaoooo!!!
