it's the person at gym standing on rubber ball with a very heavy weight on his shoulder. I don't understand either and I'm as confused as you to why would he do this extremely dangerous thing!!!!!

Hear Again, it is a man standing on an exercise ball carrying a heavyweight.

Behind the man is a spotter to make sure the man doesn't fall off the exercise ball.

This exercise is supposed to be wonderful for the muscles in the lower extremities.

Vampy, very dumb move on that trainer to have the guy stand on the ball.


Calvin, that looks an accident. It appears, he was competing for the Olympics if I am wrong. That poor guy , really took the pain when it slipped away Ouch! I am glad he survived whew!

Yes, it is accident... maybe he slipped or made wrong move :dunno: but that didn't look pretty. Good thing he survived and hopefully not paralyzed.
