Yup, Vietnam war was very horrible and none of European countries, such as UK are involving to help us to rid of communist but failed, however Vietnam war will be rich in part of history, along with WWI, WWII and Korean war.

France was first and started to fight for keep their French colonial government, they owned since 1800s to WWII. The Vietnameses want independance, not living under French´s rule. That´s how it was started... France withdraw in late 1950s. US started to involve in 1960s to prevent from communism threat and also support France to have their colony in Indochina, Vietnam back as well. France was first there and withdraw... then Britian helped US with Vietnam war and then withdraw. Germany were not allow to attack other countries to make war after WWII due Nuermberg Trail court order.

yes but the terrorists were dealt with under those Administrations with firm doctrines. Clinton Administration did not deal with it firmly thus causing a serious gap in National Security. National Security wasn't on top of his list as well.

Yes Clinton prepared with Bush over Al-Qaeda terrorism before Bush take over office because some terrorism attacks under Clinton´s watch was happened. Bush choose to ignore it and focus on Iraq because he was obsessed with his father's failed presidency over arrest Saddam during Gulf War... He did said that he want Saddam remove as soon as he took Office... 9 months later after Bush took office, he ignored Al-Qaeda´s warning.... 9/11 attack ... He lead Americans and world believe that Saddam was responsible for 9/11... that´s how Iraq war was started. His lies lead hundred of thousands to death... Don´t blame Clinton because he never said about Iraq but Al-Queda terrorism... *shake my head*

You can see the date of letter to President Clinton for want Iraq war... Clinton choose to ignore it because he know that Iraq is no threat to USA. He focus on Al-Qaeda terrorism, not Saddam and Iraq.

Saddam did made limit or cap the oil supply to pushes oil price to higher in later and oil price is used to be less than $30 per barrel until 2003 then went out of balance because of demand outnumber supply.

Now, after Iraq were invaded and Saddam was removed then current Iraq president want oil companies to help to increase of supply by more half than that and made deal with western countries to buy their oil because they need money for rebuild and expand the economy in world.
