Neither of this sites are accurate, it's still questions at court level.

No, we can't test soldier's skill or views, they have rights to make voice against Obama, that's part of 1st Amendment.

For me, it's totally up to judge, let them to take care about situation with Obama's birth certificate.

No, it was brought up several times and not dropped but you might have missed that. Also, the question about McCain's eligibility wasn't in regard to proof of place but citizenship status of said place. I guess you missed that, too.

And, are we still discussing it. Perhaps it was missed because there was not so much of a furor raised as has been raised over Obama's citizenship. Which is exactly my point. Obama opposition latched onto an issue that was settled months ago, and are still continuing to attempt to spread innacuracies that have since been dispelled. His place of birth is not an issue, and has never been an issue, as supported by his certificate of live birth. Let it go. It isn't relevent. Be creative. Find something new that hasn't already been dispelled if you are so intent on discrediting the man. And by you, I mean the collective opposition, not you specifically. To continue to raise issues regarding the man's place of birth shows a total lack of thought and reason.
