I've seen women wear white tight pants with black or red panties (or thongs) or white shirts with red or black bras under them.

I've even seen them in white with no bra on.

Next time you're at Walmart or Target (or any similar stores), check behind or around you every few minutes. Don't make it obvious, but make sure you're facing one direction for a long time (enough to make them think you won't turn around)... then turn around. You'll probably see that you're actually being noticed.
