Then you'll forgive me for being equally pragmatic? Then the boys need to keep their zippers in the up position and the girls need to keep their pants on. Then and only then would we not need Roe v. Wade. Frankly, they should sterilize the woman for this, along with everyone there losing their medical licenses. Fair enough? I think so.

Sterilize women? On what basis? That is just more of that anti-abortion judgemental attitude that is so despicable. Let's just sterilize people for being narrow minded and intolerant while we're at it.

Just because you dont agree with abortion doesnt mean others have to follow suit.

Birth control fails, pek. Rapists don't take the time to use a condom, because they are not too terribly concerned about the health and welfare of their victim.

Your condescending attitude isn't helping with the struggle women have with their rights to equality.

To protect each other, it takes equal responsibility on both partners' part.

By pek's logic, all women should carry a condom, so if, by chance they are ever confronted by a rapist, they will be able to supply him with protection.

As if the rapist will take the time to put the condom on, the rapist will just violate the woman. He's just going to think of his own sexual needs.

Arguments for pro-life need to stop looking at the past and move onto modern age..
This isn't the 60s or 70s or 80s or 90s anymore. This is the 00's where people do more crazy stuff than they used to. Lots of toys out there and you know that makes propagation more "fun", when its more fun, people tend to get more babies. More rapes, social problems that all contribute and constitute for pregnancy.

Anyone still living in the 80's..

I'm not looking into the past. I'm looking into the future. A time when people recognise that life starts before birth so these babies should not be treated in this way and neither should the teenage mothers.

If anyone is going to be sterilized...men should too if they get women pregnant.

The future will be a time when women can request legal medical procedures from their doctors and doctors can perform legal medical procedures without having their lives threatened, or being mained and injured, by a bunch of fanatics that don't even have the courage of their own convictions.
