How did you "deal" with it?I felt same when our country was control by conservatives for last 8 years. Deal with us as I deal with you and others.

First, the military count won't make a difference at all. Obama has plenty of cushion in electoral votes. Thousand of absentee votes won't make a difference at all anymore. (also, I read that 44% of military voted for Obama - thus making it even more difficult) Nate Silver, a statistical analyst, noted:
"In other words, if you had subtracted 9.3 points from Barack Obama's margin in every state, he would still have tied the Electoral College -- even while losing the popular vote by almost 3 points."

Second, liberals are taking your country? Which country do you live? It's OUR country and WE voted for Obama! America voted for change!

I'm not a member of the GOP.
I'm more concerned about the thousands of military members who didn't get their absentee ballots counted.
I'm more concerned about the liberals taking over my country while the number of real conservatives dwindle. It's a real shame.

Well, Bush has run this country into the ground. Now, that, is a REAL SHAME.
Seems like Reba isn't even willing to give Obama a chance. If you ask me, that's sad too.
Excuse me? The people who are suffering and sacrificing should count the most. It's unconscionable that they shouldn't be allowed to vote. It doesn't matter what percentage vote for which candidate--the important thing is that they have the right to participate.

PuyoPiyo said:Jessie, the governments are not trying to take the religions away, but tried their best to be neutral from the religion. The Christianity religion is not only one that was target, actually all of the religions that the governments are mention to.
I was not referred to Christianity alone, I was to general religions. If they do their jobs better, then why they ban some religious stuff and bitch about it?
Like if you have your bible at your home right? They will never take that away from you, but they can take it away if you harrass others in the public with the bible. I remember when I was on the city bus, one old man tried to talk to me with the bible, the bus driver told that man that he had to leave the bus, it's not because of the bible, it's because that man was harrassing me with the bible. Get it?
That's good when that jerk got out! I'm sorry that he did to you. But, they complained about religious holiday? Bashing religions/religious people is okay? Banning those religious things? To me, it's too much. Like you said, a person can tell another person to be respect or get out. NOT take it personal over those.
The governments just want to make sure that everyone was resepcted.
netrox said:No, that's not gonna happen. We already have religious freedom and Obama has said "God Bless America!" many times.
Well, that's nice of him to say... but religion of freedom? ...Not really.
The conservative Supreme Court banned prayer and affirmed that ban even under the Bush administration.
You are TOTALLY way off base. Never did I say they should not vote. I believe that they're entitled the right to vote but you complained that they're not counting absentee votes from military as if their vote is gonna change the election outcome. I pointed that even if military submits all its votes, it will NOT change the electoral outcome. Obama has plenty of electoral cushion.
You twisted what I said.![]()

Not really. :/ The time is changed each minute and you know how it is.
How would you feel if you are an Christian and holding the coins with the Satanism religion words on it all the times?
Maybe it's time to wake up a little by using the word "God" in the government system.
No, a "God" word is a general religion. That's it.
I have no problem if people celebrate those holidays, but I do if they force us to celebrate without any choices, like if there's Satanism children in an elementary and the teacher happened celebrate the Christmas, how would the parents felt about their children being forced to celebrate for other different religions?
There you go! That was HOW I felt. I hate the war on Christmas... Not just about this one - I also am so disappointed with banned general religious stuff and others as well. Don't you see?
Well sorry to be blunt, but I just don't see any right way for the governments to use the word of "God", not at all.
Give him a chance to do what? Increase taxes and restrictions on the 2nd Amendment, redistribute the wealth, or put more liberal judges on the Supreme Court?Seems like Reba isn't even willing to give Obama a chance. If you ask me, that's sad too.

Oh, yes, it is. What about fifty years later? Yes, I'm sure it will.
No, I didn't. Who gave you the authority to say whose vote "counts" and whose doesn't?You are TOTALLY way off base. Never did I say they should not vote. Not all of the religions that have the God.
Er? I never said all of them. I simply said general gods/religions, therefore I didn't say all of them.
But are we allowed to meditate like Buddha in the classrooms? Are we allow to knee down and praying to Allah like the middle east religions? Did we ever done anything that relate to the religions like the Christians do?
Pretty hyprocisty uh?
Sighs. It's just so great. *shakes head* Hell, you don't get it. :/
How is that a yes, and what will?
