Anyone got email from GoAmerica about MVP

I got email from GoAmerica about MVP. I believe that one of these sales representatives needed entire information from deaf customers before they will send MVP to them. I hate to say that they will ask you several question like your name, address and vp, because you already signed up for that before there are not enough informations.

They will email you 2 websites which these websites are www.hovrs.com and purpleticket.hovrs.com repeatly:roll:. In additional, I don't like this and already see these.

One of these sales representatives wanted to see me on my webcam from aim. She finally see me on webcam, but she can't explain entire information to me as well.

Anyone get email from GoAmerica?
 
They are confirming the details with you before they can send you the MVP, I believe to avoid the scamming and all.
 
I believe I already had mine confirmed. I wouldn't be at least surprised if they are doing again.
 
Then that is the situation we are aware of now, eh.
 
Right, Hovrs representives and I need to work with customers for confirmation.

Active customers - 1,700
Conversions - 4,500
More than half of the customers never even use our service once after they sign up. Why?

I have not called anyone hearing, but I should call my grandmother through HOVRS sometime today. I haven't spoken to her in like seven months or so. I know I am a bad boy. :(

Chevy, how do I explain to my friend (you spoke to her about two months ago) she has to do the confirmation thing? I told her not doing it, she won't get MVP. She seems to think she still was getting MVP either way.
 
Explain it to her what I have said in the early posts of this thread.
