Those BMW Isetta's sure champs at being the most strange car I ever known about. No way would I get behind the wheel of one and get it on the streets crawling with those big-ass Excursions, H2 Hummers, Suburbans and an occasional MACK truck.

I do recall having seen Steve Urkel drive that Isetta. It's so DAMN slow that even a Quarter Horse would kick its ass 10x times over lol!
