My favorite is pretty boring.

BLT

2 slices gluten-free bread
5 slices bacon cooked crisp
Thin sliced tomatoes
Lettuce leafs
Miracle whip
Kosher salt

Lightly toast the bread
Spread thin coat of Miracle whip
Put lettuce leaf
Put tomato slices
Put bacon
Sprinkle a little kosher salt
Slice in half

Very easy but it is my favorite

Here it is Chicken Bow Tie Pasta.

It sound nice. I will post a recipe and picture when I have time. I will be busy tomorrow and this weekend. I will be back on Monday.

Chicken Bow Tie Pasta

Ingredients
1 quart water
4 skinned and boned chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
8 ounces uncooked bow tie pasta
1 cup chicken broth
1 celery rib, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 small onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8-ounce) package pasteurized prepared cheese product, cubed
Garnish: chopped fresh parsley

Preparation
Bring 1 quart salted water to a boil in a Dutch oven. Add chicken, and cook 12 minutes or until done. Remove chicken from water with a slotted spoon. Add pasta to water in Dutch oven, and cook 10 minutes or until tender; drain. Keep warm.
Heat 1/4 cup broth over medium-high heat in a Dutch oven; add celery and onion, and cook 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in chicken, soup, cheese, and remaining 3/4 cup chicken broth, stirring until cheese is melted. Toss with pasta; garnish, if desired. Serve immediately.

Yield
Makes 4 servings

I posted this on another thread per request but it belongs here so...I also include a pic below!

My favorite thing to cook doesn't have a recipe per se. Meaning I don't put exact amounts of everything each time, but it's pretty much the same. It's my Chicken Fried Steak and Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

Start off with cube steak - very important as it will help hold the breading better than other steak. Secret, I think, is to marinate the cube steak for at least 2-3 hours and I like to batter mine twice for extra crispy.

Marinade is simple: Lea and Perrins, Montreal Steak seasoning, Season salt, minced garlic.

For the breading just flour but mixed in with lots of pepper, more Montreal steak seasoning, season salt. Simple egg wash makes the meat sticky to absorb the batter. I dip once - let sit - dip twice and pan fry.

Simple cream gravy on top makes delicious.

Garlic Mash is easy, just leave some skin on potatoes and mash with milk, butter, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and garlic powder to taste. I also put some chives in mine.

I have too many favorite...

But I'm crazy abt turkey hot dog mixed with cheese & mac.

Usually you make cheese & mac from the box then cooking turkey hot dog in the hot water on the stove, once they are done then put them in the baking pan, around 9 inches height then mixed them up then add your favorite kind of cheese(mozzerlla or colby or anything kind of cheese) sprinkle them over the top of them then put it in the oven at 350 and cook for around 5 minutes to make sure the cheese is melt over on it. It's sososo good! I creative it myself ;)
