I do comment on many of those posts when I can but I can't keep up with every post in every thread. You obviously haven't read all my posts either, or you would know that.

People are responsible for their own posts and opinions, and we do have freedom of speech here. I can respond to other posts but I certainly wouldn't suggest censoring them.

As for "hammering" on topics, maybe it is you who is only focusing on the same topics. Obviously you haven't read all my posts, and I certainly don't expect you to. I know that you too, must have better things to do.

Reba, what you say gives me pause; not that I think I am any better than anyone else but since I am not a professional debater, since I am sometimes slow to recognize world and domestic events that are a danger to our way of life, I will have difficulty at the art of appeasement to the extent I lose sight of reality. My aforementioned remarks in this topic do not stem from just your original topic; these stories are repeated day in and day out in many parts of the free world and if I slink into appeasement mode, wouldn't that be just the thing they want? I want to be ever-vigilant against any and all threats to democracy for it is precious and fragile. However, I will do my best but I will not move in/shrink my parameters to appease liberals and those who have devious/dangerous schemes to our way of life.

Sure, I have no problem to respect their view but they can´t expect us (non-muslims) follow their own way. If they want to live in any non-muslim´s country then respect our culture and law. I respect their culture when I visit their country.

We getting tire of their complaint over our different culture... example of all is: cartoon issues in many non-mulsim´s countries, hair styist in England, muslim in criminal movie here in Germany, ... alway complaint... complaint... complaint.... offense... offensive.... offesnive... Why they decides to live in non-muslim´s countries for when they don´t like our culture?


I do not see anything that we negative against muslims but open our view and how we feel about their public behavior...

I cannot verify if you've read the postings on your own threads nor do I need to do so. I do know that you've never corrected anti-Muslim sentiment as opposed to your sentiment shared in the posting (of question). The threads, like this one, were begun by you.

Freedom of speech is a liberty that I, too, will endorse. Your tactic has been that of creating threads/postings that incite reactions that you have never taken a moment to consider.

well, guess what I got out a bok from the library today, dare i say just to learn more and maybe grow a better understanding while I still dont condone extreme violence, but on other hand (its hard to blame them for they are indeed screwed over alot in the East...)

the book is;
"Why I am a Muslim - An American Odyssey" by Asma Gull Hasan

At the frist 4 pages it reads out as a fluid, nicely humane sort of auto-biographic style expressing interesting sets of arguments like why being an american makes her a better Muslim, or why Islam expects her to make mistakes unlike some stern christian style of conformity and even saying Islam is a women's religion !! So I decided to take the book home to read.

Still dont expect me to be accept stupid extremety some muslims have been demonstrating however you could say i might come away with abit more insight to know there is more to what media likes to potray since it (what I think) stirs up emotion just for ratings without regard to the consequences it bring. So just to say im not that dull, and I'm willing to find out the other side of the story.
 
Just by checking that book out of the library, I think you might be on the government's list of "potential terrorists".
 
I consider myself pretty tolerant, but there is a limit to how much I can be tolerant when people push things too far. This is ridiculous. What'd the ones who made noise about this expect when they moved to a non-muslim country?

Yes, we have to remain vigilant to the dangers in this world. Appeasement to bullies, terrorists, and political schemers never works. I'm afraid some people (not you) have a problem of confusing intelligent observation and preparedness with emotions of hate and actions of destructiveness.
