But now you are talking about brain function, and differences in brain imaging have been shown in homosexual orientation. In other words, a homosexual has the brain capacity to make a choice about eating poop, but not regarding his/her sexual orientation, just like you have the brain capacity to choose not to eat poop, but not to choose your sexual orientation.

Not sure of the point you are making here so if my response is off point, please let me know :). What I was offering were examples of similarities between animals and humans which demonstrate that we are not completely removed, different or without connection to them. Of course there are also many ways in which we are different such as the samples you provided. However, there are also many ways my behaviour is different from my own species as well - I follow my internal clock (I stay up late and sleep later than most), I clean more often than some and yet not as often as others, and, if I was very thirsty and no other source was available, I would drink out of a toilet whereas others would rather dehydrate first. Just because animals and humans share similarities does not mean we also do not have differences and vice versa. When science proves that we do have similarities, I find that fascinating and enlightening, not insulting. :)

My brother did one time because all the bathrooms in downtown Baltimore were closed and he couldnt stop his biological functions hence pooping in public.

If there were no such thing as bathrooms, humans would be pooping in public.

You are right. The AMA does not practice, they just determine who gets a license to price. And they also have power of approval over procedures and tests.

Gender is boy or girl, no only in humans but plenty of others too like apes. Babies are pink our blue. And yes, hospitals use an approved, accredited test on the babies thousands of times daily.

There does not need to be a test to prove to be hereto, nice try at your world's dakota deflect. There is no test that proves I was born straight nor anything else.

You'll notice that not all animals do the same things. It comes with belonging to different species. Just because a cow moos and a dog barks doesn't mean they're not both animals. As are we. Though, as Caroline pointed out, we're often an embarressment to the animal kingdom.

Like I said, gender is socially created and you just supported that claim by referring to the pink and blue. And no, hospitals do not test for gender. They don't even test for sex unless a child is obviously intersexed in some way involving their outer genitalia. There is virtually no reason to test at birth. Symptoms of intersexed complications do not show up until the child is older. And when they do test, they often discover chomosomal mismatch.
