Weight loss

I'm not trying to discourage anyone but exercise alone will not make a substantial difference. Whether you're in the gym 5/7 days a week or 1/7 days is completely irrelevant when your goal is to lose weight. Building muscle? Yeah, a gym will prove useful but not so much when you're looking to lose that beer gut.

A healthy diet is the most crucial factor and obviously combining the two is what's needed for significant results. Honestly doing the most simple shit possible aides in miraculous weight loss. I.E. Simply switching your soda with water, tossing away that deluxe size bag of M&M's and eating fruit instead.
