Did Jesus ever say that he was God? No, he never did but the people who sees him as God´s Son.

Jesus clearly claimed to be both God and Messiah. I posted that verse on another thread, I guess you skipped that post or decide to ignored it.

"I and the Father are one." (John 11:25)

Jesus was with God in the very beginning, and that "all things came into being through him, and without him not one thing came into being." (John 1:1-5)

"If you had known who I am, then you would have known who my Father is. From now on you know him and have seen him!" (John 14:67)

Have you see the movie "Ben Hur". Many people look shock impression when they got heal from Jesus´s blood. They become beleiver on the same time Jesus was sentenced to death.

What year is this movie "Ben Hur"? I don't think I ever heard of this movie before.

I am back from my errands for all day..

Anyway, You christians made claimed that Jesus is God. Whats your point about Him? You must remember that Jesus told his disciples including you, He don't know hour nor day, but my father only [Matthew 24:36/Mark 13:32].

Therefore, Jesus is not GOD period. However He is the Son of God like Moses & prophets were Men of God since the seed of Jesus came out of Men's the linage of Adam which is of God.

Christians claimed that Jesus is God.

Accord the bible, God and Jesus have different personality. It could be that God and Jesus are two separate persons who are not equal?

Did Jesus ever say that he was God? No, he never did but the people who sees him as God´s Son.

Jesus said: "The Father is greater than I am." (John 10:34-36; 14:28) Also, Jesus explained that theere were some things that neither he nor the angels knew but only God knew. (Mark 13:32).

Jesus prayed to God, saying: "Let, not my will, but yours take place". (Luke 22:42) If Jesus were the Almighty God, he would not have prayed to himself, would he? In fact, following Jesus´ death, the Scripture says: "This Jesus God resurrected." (Acts 2:32) Tus the Almighty God and Jesus are clearly two separate persons. Even after his death and resurrection and ascension to heaven, Jesus was still not equal to his Father - 1 Corinthians 11:3, 15:28.

:dunno:
Perhaps, Jesus was suffering from multiple personality disorder?

Yes, Long times ago, I read Book of what Dr Psychotherapy said as believe that Jesus has suffered from M.P.D. and Schizophrenia.

"I and the Father are one." (John 11:25)
I find this to be quite an interesting phrase. I don't see it to mean that Jesus is God, but instead it appears to be more panentheism, or pantheism--that the universe is (partially in) God (or that the universe is God. I myself prefer the latter). This is interesting because it is also one of many types of Hindu belief that God is "in" all of His creation and everything bears His signature.

There have been several versions of the movie "Ben Hur" but these are the two that I suggest as excellent movies:

The silent version:

Ben-Hur: A Tale of the Christ (1925)

The 1959 version:

Ben-Hur (1959)

It was originally a novel:

Barnes & Noble.com - Book Search: ben hur

You could probably find that at the library, free.

Just remember, it is a novel so it is fiction, but it's a very good story. :)

You don't ever got anything nice to say about Jesus or God? :ugh3:
Cheri, people have mocked Jesus since forever, and they will continue to mock Him all the way to their judgment. It's their way to avoid confronting the truths about sin and salvation, and judgment by God. If they can pretend that Jesus is not God, then they can pretend nothing will happen to them after death. It's a coping mechanism. They attack Jesus instead looking deep down inside. If you try to argue with them too much about that they just become more defensive (stronger attacks), and more offensive (as in more insulting and mocking). There's not much you can do about that expect be patient. Let the Holy Spirit convict the hearts.

Yep! We're all doomed! ;)

I'll believe in God if one of you come back after death and tell me so... in person.

No, you're not. There's still hope while you live.

That's the same wrong reasoning that the rich man had.

Luke 16
19 There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day: 20 And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores, 21 And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. 22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; 23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. 24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. 25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. 26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence. 27 Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father's house: 28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment. 29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. 30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. 31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

I notice you obesss about new testment more than old testment.

Mmm..mm..Honestly I strongly believe there is no hell-fire for evil spirits and unbelieves at all.

How do you know there have hell place for evil spirits and un believes? You never see it before.

Your provide the verse is very opposite Old testment of Daniel 3:24-26,so people built the Stone house of burning fiery furnace, and People threw jews into mouth of fiery furnace. They saw one was with them in fire look like son of God and Great King named Nebuchadnezzar who saved them out of house of furnace fire without destory nor burn on them.

then I tell you that there is no unviersal hell fire for evil spirits and unbelieves. ;)

Did Jesus tell you that Moese's old testment and all prophets are old news?

Don't be mistakenly and think that the Old Testament should be thrown out. Today we are under the law of Jesus Christ. Even churches are now following the New Testament. :ty:
