First picture, you provided look like "FILA" black shoes, I have... This is almost similar what I wear "FILA" black and white shoes when I wear jeans...

Leather SAS shoes come in several colors. I have a black pair, and a tan pair. The white shoes are popular for nurses.

Ohhh I thought SAS shoes mean is... I use it for housework and garden work...

SAS also makes leather sandals in various colors. I have pairs in black, off-white, blue, dark brown, and medium brown.

They also make other styles but I don't have any pictures for them.

Doctors have known for years that the alternate application of heat and cold coupled with massage to sore and inflamed tissue relieves pain, reduces swelling and promotes healing. The problem has always been how to massage with heat and follow immediately with cold massage.

You might try this foot therapy device, Foot Thing. Sounds silly, but it really works. It uses heat therapy to increase circulation, cold therapy to reduce swelling and massage to knead out dense tissue issues.

Useful for: Heel Spurs, Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Pain, Strains, Countless Foot Ailments and just Tired/Aching Feet.

Best of Success!

i do have plm with swelling on my ankle and foot my left foot always get swell up and i figure that i am allergic to heat that way

i always swell up every summer
i agree with everyone that you need to see doctor about it angel

I think I just found somethin'. I received a magazine called " Solutions ". It shows about shoes that helped with the feet's problem. It explains about protectin' leg and lower back from impact -- to prevent it from gettin' shock by usin' heal pad to soften inside the shoes. I am not so sure if, it works for some of you. Might want to try it, if nothin' else works.

Here are some of the links you may want to compare for their prices... or you can just type out " Earth Energetic Shoes " at website to look up on the list for links.

ShoeMall - Free Shipping on Earth Women's Energetic Walking Shoe

Earth Energetic Earth Shoes including Mens and Womens Earth Shoes – Discount Earth Shoes [ENERGETIC] - $100.49 : ShoePeddlers.com

Earth Energetic - Free Shipping & Return Shipping

The prices are between 80 to 120 dollars, dependin' on which store you are orderin'/buyin'. I even might consider to buy one, too since I have a problem with my left leg and foot gettin' cramp occassionally. I walk alot.

Hope it helps ! :)

Foot doctor? I only know is Dermatology or Neurology...

Dermatology ist specialist for skin.
Neurology is specialist for nerves.

Check with your family doctor first before she/he can transfer you to Dermatology or Neurology.

Good Luck... Keep update with news...because it's interesting to me.

Podiatrist (spelling?) is a foot doctor.

I have been having so many problems with my left foot. At first it was from the inflammation ( fiscular something)?) and now my ankle keeps hurting. Everytime, I stand up to walk, I have to limp until the pain goes away. It keeps from working out like I want to. I sprained my left ankle 3 times growing up so I wonder if I am developing arthrities? I have an appt on the 15th. It sucks living with the constant pain in my foot!

Angel??
did you find anything good for your feet?

My feet are KILLING me since I started working in the warehouse the floor are smooth cement floor.. been on my feet all day and afternoon.. UGH!!..
when i come home.. i walk like old lady lol..

I tried to relief the pains, burning... but you said.. shock.. i have that if i dont walk right on my right foot.. (side between little toe and heel), feels like its break bone but its shock.. it hurts.. so far i use.. espon salt in hot/warm water foot spa massager -- it works little.. but .. Johnson's foot soap-- same thing put in warm/hot water in foot spa massager for 20-25 min.. It feels so nice and less pain..
I go bed and I put feet up on extra blankets or pillow and sleep through night..

also, I switch two different shoes, I use normal shoes and tennis shoes.. I feel much better and less pain..

what are your results?

Hi MsGiglz,

The pains on both of my feet hasn't stopped when I'm working long hours at the cook-offs but it does helps a bit if I do switch shoes, sometimes I would wear the flip flops for a couple of hours and if pain started , I put my gym shoes on.....Switching shoes seem to reduce the horrible pains

I haven't gone to the foot doctor yet, but planning on going soon before spring arrives....

I'm sorry I didn't see your post earlier....Interesting, btw do you know anything about those soft bubble things you put inside your shoes, they used to sell them at the rib cook off once, but I can't seem to find it on web sites...also I don't remember the name of it either....Any idea?...

The problem that I'm having is that the shoes I wear doesn't last within 3 days...sometimes switching shoes does help but not as what I expected....Ya see I work all day from 7 or 8 in the morning until midnight, that's a long day, and that's when my feet aches so much to the point I couldn't bearly walk on them when we arrived back to the hotel....and the next morning I could actually still feel the pains, but not as worse as when I stand on them all day....

I'm trying to find a way where I could actually stand on my feets all day without having to feel such a horrible pains on either of my feets, but my left foot seem to cause some electric shock pains, and that's something I couldn't bearly handle...So I dunno...

Usually I throw away my used shoes almost every month....It just that most shoes I buy doesn't seem to help not even a bit....

have you tried the gel thingy?? and the arch support to put in the shoes. it does help me so much with the support so it wont be achy .. i have stand all day and all night sometimes double shift so i know what u mean as it is real painful! argh.. you should go to your reg dr then have him/she give u referral to the foot dr and they will answer you all of the questions.. they will tell you which shoes to wear and all that.. i have been wearing the New balance shoes they r really good and comfy..
hope u will get your answers real soon.. but it could be worse? maybe heel spur? u never know... good luck.. :)

Hi
Maybe I can help.

One of my client was complaining that his feet was painful then went his doctor and find out he have over weight and diabetic feet

But I read your post

I knew My friend who chief and He have sore his feet from stand and walked around too much. Then He bought CROCS. He said he never felt so much better and no pain longer so Maybe you try buying that CROCS. I have two of them and Wow its awesome

Crocs

Good luck :):):):)

My wife has her both feet problems as she cannot stand more than 5 mins otherwise she will collapsing often and makes her very tired if standing more than 5 mins.... she has walking or jogging shoes and it does not help her at all but i did buying her arch supports and it helped her in very short time and then it gotten worse than before.... we did go and see foot specialist in about 6 to 7 years ago and this dr. told her either giving her steroids in her feet or surgery.... She flat refused to go for it.... She hates needles due bad memories of her childhood that the nurse did not clean the needle before insert in her buttock and got infected and the skin itself caved in that looks like hole but its not.... and still pain to touch even today... Her legs sometimes gave out whenever she walks too much or standing too long... But our Vocational Rehabilitation (V.R.) says that V.R. will find a better foot specialist to get her special shoes or something for her feet before she go back to work... The causes for her feet hurts which was her mistake to wearing hard boots while walking all day at her former job back then... She paid the price for it!!!! :(
