Neither do I......I have to say that I don't think that any intergenerational teen-adult sexual relationship is healthy. Virtually ALL teens are still learning about the nuts and bolts, and in and outs of what consistutes a healthy sexual relationship. Most of the guys out there who are predating on teens are doing it, b/c they have the upper hand in the relationship. They can control the teen, encourage them to have sex easily (a lot of teens out there think that if you don't have sex with someone they won't like you?!?!?)
Unfortunatly, society really pushes the myth of a teen as the most desirable person in the world. A lot of guys really buy into this.....they think that if they can get a teen, they are the king of the world. Maybe if society and porn didn't push the "OMG getting a teen is the best thing for your sex life" there wouldn't be as many assholes predating on teens.
I also think that kids need to be trained to reconize healthy relationships...like a lot of times what happens is that the predator preys on the loner type. The loner welcomes the relationship b/c to them any interaction/ attention is better then none.
I think that would really cut down on fucking predators. There's always gonna be dumbass sociopaths out there.........but that would cut down drasticly on most things like this.

It's very easy to protect yourself. Don't go to teen chat rooms. Don't discuss personal stuff with minors. If one contacts you, disconnect immediately. Don't have private meetings with minors without their parents or other adult supervisors present. Duh!

You think some detectives, District attourney and etc are honest people? Not always., But I myself do respect the law, in some ways. Some put it too extreme and going overboard which affect the society.
I remember Dateline few years back, somewhere in the 90"s about the black guy in SC. Claimed he killed a good friend of his family,and its a long story and off topic. DA forced him to pick uip the paper by reading, and finger print is on it, and detective threatening him and etc and make appear of the evidience that he did. ANd I dont know the outcome now, as suppose to find out w=how it goes later.

I used to be a client in Mississippi's VR- way before I was married- and was kind of dating the deafie who also was a client of VR. He bragged that he boned VR secretary so I told on that secretary. She got fired. Oops.
 
Other thing is, as adult, need to act up by not fall into these categories. What he did, should not do anything of anykinds. But as the stories go, I won't buy news media and etc. I know we dont live in 1800's and before to get married and etc with the teens. there were alot of 20s married mid teens for thousands of years. Till, some doing perversion reason change the whole idea. Similar about Laura Ingalls Wilder and Almonzo Wilder, bec Almonzo is way older than Laura and Laura is almost 16 and her dad didnt like it, until he begin to know him, but her mom support Laura all the way. So it's been changing.

Hodges has been a vocational rehabilitative specialist for the department. Deaf himself, he focused on working with deaf clients, Harlan said.

"Eighteen percent of our staff have disabilities," she said. "It's a way of practicing what we preach."

Hodges is free on $5,000 bond. He is scheduled to return to Cleveland County District Court on March 6, records show.

I knew it would happen to him one day. I warned him about not to talk to anybody whoever is underage. We never know who they are and if they are adult but they are kid. Which I happen to me twice in my adult time and 3 time in my teen time. I don't like it when they are offer a nude picture to me. It is too total turn me off.

Anyway.. Throwstone. I don't care if you like me or not. I am tell you Kirby make his choice. He choose to eating the word and he get what he want and be one of those people pervert.

I know what those people have two different side; one is trap as that didn't do it and another side who do it and action and show.

I have know who are and know they are what they are.

As for this case, I would agree with you for the first time! Image High schooler 16 yrs old who is hot lookin chick and walked into his office. Would he be able to say no? That is true test from cop on him see if he would say, sorry I am too old for you, and you may be able to find better person around your age, then lets discuss about your future in college INSTEAD of trying to steam up his office with this innocent hot too young chick!
So, since he was tested and FLUNKED big time, this is serious and justificable to revoke him and remove from public trusting offices!

For this message to ad members, it is not for Kirby. It applies to all of us who need to watch out what we are doing daily here. Anything you do is could be sleepless and did not notice something to make fishing on you and biting you to get swallow words up before you get trapping into the trouble. Sometimes we are careless to do something without our thinking. It could lead us into trouble and consequences. Yes, of course, we have to forgive each other in this matter of our lives; therefore, we have to move on and live with any consequences. Second, yes, of course, we learn our hardly lesson from happening and won't be easy for us to accept this facts. Our thought, emotion, and feeling could get healing from something happening. It will take a time to develop our courage and confidences.

Our weakness is very easy to fall apart and hurt ourselves after believe in foolish talking from foolish person and taking a tempting to do it. We need to take a defend in our mind alert and watch out any evils or temptation.

Kirby is my VR counselor as well and I was upset when I found out about those charges... Now, if it is true, then Kirby already cooked his goose per se. We all must remember though, Kirby is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Now, Dont get me wrong, I do not condone the criminal acts in seeking sexual relations with a minor.. in fact, that is what upsets me the most above all other crimes, but all we can do is let the justice system do its thing and only time will tell.

I do not go into chat rooms at all for this reason.. I have been IM'd by someone claiming to be 11 to 13 year old kids and I block them instantly. If Kirby actually did the crime, then he should be held accountable but again, let the justice system handle this and see what the outcome of his case before we make judgements. --- R. I don't chat with minors online, only my family like neieces and nephews thats all, and few of my friends who are still in high school. If any minors bring up sex, I would say no and block. I don't trust and I do have common sense.


I do know about peverted justice because one of my brother's teacher got busted and I read whole thing- made me totally sick.

As for Kirby's case- I am not sure what to believe because I don't live in Oklahoma.
 
I have to agree with Reba and IntheGenes. This guy is an adult and he is responsible for his actions. The jobs of the uncover cops are to pretend to be someone else to catch criminals so the person who was pretending to be 13 years old is just doing his/her job.
