Sting rays can reach up to 10 inches spines

I read on the internet says that the fresh water at amazon river in South america only. The fresh water string rays and The warm marine sting rays are the same level posion sting.
The 400 diffrent kind of sting rays are living in the planet. They are varity of rays full grow from 10" to 17"+

What I think Steve Irawn got attack by the sting ray about 8" spines. that is my guess. The internet said that the spines can reach up to 10"

I would like to share with you what I have 3 type of fresh water sting rays for my pet, They are awesome and very cool! They love to eat shrimps, worms, other food, They always eat the food by my hand :)

Its Hydrix sting ray, it is a kind of fresh water sting ray. it comes from Amazon River!

Mine Sting rays have 4" to 5" spines sting on the tail, They are very posion, they are full grown at 26".

Actually I am very careful with them But they are very friendly and tame to pet them :)
