cant sleep too depressed

I was almost 30 when I married. We were married almost 30 years.

When she died it was six months before I could talk to people. It was a year before I smiled. It was five years before I tried to start a normal life again. It was two more years before people said I was my normal happy self again.

I refused medication of any kind. I am glad I did.

I saw the experience as a challenge I had to work my way through. I believe I am now a stronger person than I have ever been before.

Face your fears.

Face your confusions.

Face your depressions.

It is not easy, and sometimes it seems to take forever -- But it IS worth it.
