    FCC will NOT cut VRS.. They are just adjusting rates for the services like will the rates go up/down or something like that. It's very, very unlikely to shut VRS down.

    You can't fix bad sectors but you can sometimes get around them. Bad sectors are generally damage to the disk surface. Also, you could buy new hard drive, it's not that expensive anymore. :)

    Wow.. Everyone is talking about the video card and now CPU.. LOL!! So, better wait till after April 22nd, many of Intel CPU's will cut and LOWER prices than current. So, that is why I'm still working on my new project for the next PC generation! :D
