    Trick question

So after making a list of guesses, I too looked it up, and was actually very amazed by the answer. :jaw:

Water high of lead content in Flint, Michigan

The accepted level is 15 ppb (parts per billion). According to Wikipedia, some homes were found to have 13,200 ppb. It is important to note that there wasn't actually a large concentration of lead in the water source. The water source instead had highly corrosive properties and the corrosion...

Hard of hearing vs hearing family

Reminds me of my little sisters. Every time I'm at my mother's house and sit to watch the television, my sisters are always yelling, "put the words on Mommy, It's a cartoon he can't read their lips." They're pretty awesome.:D

Water high of lead content in Flint, Michigan

Yah, no problems my way. Other than a neglectful governor.

    Venus, the two faced cat...

That's pretty cool. Wish I had a pet that cool. Wouldn't trade my little family members for anything though.

    Going deaf in Florida

 Though I am young (24) and was HOH since before I can remember, I lost the majority of my hearing in a relatively short period of time and have recently received a CI. I can certainly understand the sadness or fear associated with being late-deafened as I'm sure many others can as well...

Do you aim with one eye or both?

I am right handed, but I bow hunt left handed because my left eye is better. It definitely causes some problems because my left arm gets fatigued fast (or it use to anyway, not so much anymore.)

post here if your not here

I'm certainly somewhere if anywhere at all. I can't be everywhere, but if you looked everywhere and didn't find me would that make me nowhere? Nowhere is somewhere I might be.

What SHOULD you be doing right now?

I should be getting plates for my new car. Ever since I demolished the old one I don't really have the desire to drive much anymore.

    You'd never catch me.......

Using an encyclopedia or a phone book. The internet has certainly made things more convenient but I remember the days when I actually had to search for my information.

    Corrupt a wish

Granted but now you have to buy Toad traps for the toad infestation in your house. I wish cars could drive themselves.

If you work, what do you do?

I am starting under the table lawn care work this summer. Before September of last year I lost my job of 2+ years as a store manager/Cashier/Meat & Deli because I was finally "too deaf" for the job according to the employer.

    Extremely lucky.

What are you thinking about Part VII

Yah, out in the middle of the woods down a dirt road too. If my buddy wasn't bringing up the rear, it would have been a five mile walk back to the highway with a broken leg.

What are you thinking about Part VII

Yah, I had a Meniere's attack while driving down the highway, and instead of doing the smart/responsible thing and pulling over and texting someone I got the bright idea to take the backroads home. My car hydroplaned across a mud puddle and took out a deer crossing sign and rolled over a few...

What are you thinking about Part VII

I'm thinking about how I spend way too much time in hospitals. Just got out after three weeks and two leg surgeries. Now I'm going to go take my mangled car to the scrapyard so I don't have to look at it. I just want to get up and go but my leg is still killing me.

What is the most annoying questions hearing people ask you?

I'm completely, 100% deaf in both ears, but all the time I get, "can you hear the TV ok?" me: "no . . ." *turns it up* "what about now?" me: " . . ."
