My holidays went really well. I have never enjoyed my holidays like this in a while. It s nice to have finally being at home to be with my family. It is a nice feeling for me. We even have White Christmas this time ;)

hi this is Bookwormet. I m new here, I m from Canada and I m the only deaf in the family. I am married and have three children. I m at home mom full time. Hope I d be able to log on the forums to get to know more deaf people. :)

When I was growing up, some people would treat me dumbly cause I m deaf. Some people would treat me like I m the last person to know about anything. I find it really humiliating but I wouldnt change about myself cause that is who I am and always will be. Nothing will ever change about myself.
