My friend Lieb, loook, loook that's what cheri's quote is busted! You see what exact I talk about my post somewhere in forums.

Don't be mistakenly and think that the Old Testament should be thrown out. Today we are under the law of Jesus Christ. Even churches are now following the New Testament. :ty:

If Jesus had the law he wrote or made that you following and Did jesus tell you the church follow the new testament?, then show me where Jesus wrote the law and say about church in the scripture like Moses written the old testment, commandment, and law?

I notice you obesss about new testment more than old testment.
No, I'm not "obsessed" with either testament. But the topic of this thread is "Son of God" so most of the posts are relating to the New Testament. If you read my posts in the thread about the 10 Commandments you'll notice more of my posts use the Old Testament references. It all depends on the topic being discussed. :)

Mmm..mm..Honestly I strongly believe there is no hell-fire for evil spirits and unbelieves at all.
It's there in the Bible but you're free to believe or not believe.

How do you know there have hell place for evil spirits and un believes? You never see it before.
It's described in God's Word, the Holy Bible.

I've never seen North Dakota either but I believe it exists. We don't have to see everything with our own eyes to believe its existence.

Your provide the verse is very opposite Old testment of Daniel 3:24-26,so people built the Stone house of burning fiery furnace, and People threw jews into mouth of fiery furnace. They saw one was with them in fire look like son of God and Great King named Nebuchadnezzar who saved them out of house of furnace fire without destory nor burn on them.
How is it opposite? The two events aren't related.

then I tell you that there is no unviersal hell fire for evil spirits and unbelieves. ;)
On what do you base that conclusion?

This is the Old Testament reference that XBGMER mentioned in his post. It wasn't related to my post about the rich man and Lazarus. At first it might seem to be an off-topic post. However, it does have relevance to the Son of God. I'll explain at the end of the passage.

Daniel 3

1 Nebuchadnezzar the king made an image of gold, whose height was threescore cubits, and the breadth thereof six cubits: he set it up in the plain of Dura, in the province of Babylon. 2 Then Nebuchadnezzar the king sent to gather together the princes, the governors, and the captains, the judges, the treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and all the rulers of the provinces, to come to the dedication of the image which Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up. 3 Then the princes, the governors, and captains, the judges, the treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and all the rulers of the provinces, were gathered together unto the dedication of the image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up; and they stood before the image that Nebuchadnezzar had set up. 4 Then an herald cried aloud, To you it is commanded, O people, nations, and languages, 5 That at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king hath set up: 6 And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth shall the same hour be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace. 7 Therefore at that time, when all the people heard the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and all kinds of musick, all the people, the nations, and the languages, fell down and worshipped the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up.

8 Wherefore at that time certain Chaldeans came near, and accused the Jews. 9 They spake and said to the king Nebuchadnezzar, O king, live for ever. 10 Thou, O king, hast made a decree, that every man that shall hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, shall fall down and worship the golden image: 11 And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth, that he should be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace. 12 There are certain Jews whom thou hast set over the affairs of the province of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego; these men, O king, have not regarded thee: they serve not thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up. 13 Then Nebuchadnezzar in his rage and fury commanded to bring Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. Then they brought these men before the king. 14 Nebuchadnezzar spake and said unto them, Is it true, O Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, do not ye serve my gods, nor worship the golden image which I have set up? 15 Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the image which I have made; well: but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands? 16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. 17 If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. 18 But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

19 Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego: therefore he spake, and commanded that they should heat the furnace one seven times more than it was wont to be heated. 20 And he commanded the most mighty men that were in his army to bind Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and to cast them into the burning fiery furnace. 21 Then these men were bound in their coats, their hosen, and their hats, and their other garments, and were cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace. 22 Therefore because the king's commandment was urgent, and the furnace exceeding hot, the flame of the fire slew those men that took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. 23 And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace. 24 Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonied, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king. 25 He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God. 26 Then Nebuchadnezzar came near to the mouth of the burning fiery furnace, and spake, and said, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, ye servants of the most high God, come forth, and come hither. Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, came forth of the midst of the fire. 27 And the princes, governors, and captains, and the king's counsellors, being gathered together, saw these men, upon whose bodies the fire had no power, nor was an hair of their head singed, neither were their coats changed, nor the smell of fire had passed on them.

28 Then Nebuchadnezzar spake, and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who hath sent his angel, and delivered his servants that trusted in him, and have changed the king's word, and yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god, except their own God. 29 Therefore I make a decree, That every people, nation, and language, which speak any thing amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made a dunghill: because there is no other God that can deliver after this sort. 30 Then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, in the province of Babylon.

As you noticed, the fourth man that appeared in the fiery furnace is "like the Son of God" to Nebuchadnezzar. He miraculously appeared and disappeared after saving the three Jews from the fire. Nebuchadnezzar didn't have it quite right though. That fourth man wasn't "like" the Son of God--He was the Son of God! How could that be since this happened hundreds of years before baby Jesus was born?

Several times during the Old Testament events, the Son of God appeared in the form of a man or "angel". He wasn't in His incarnate "Jesus" body but in a temporary form called a theophany. It was a safe way for humans to interact with God without being destroyed by His presence.

The story about Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego is one of my favorites. :)

If Jesus had the law he wrote or made that you following and Did jesus tell you the church follow the new testament??

Where did I stated that Jesus says that the churches follow New Testment? I said it, and it's true. Don't put words in my mouth and do not twisted my words either. tsk tsk.

Jesus says: "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one goes to the Father except through me." (John 14:6)

(Romans 6:23) "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

(John 3:16) "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

Oh man, Don't again, You try twist mind of people thru the word of scriptures by your own interpretation. You make them don't want to read scripture. God is not looking for intelligants. He look at Man's hearts. If you denied that you try to twist new believers from the word of bible thru your own interpretation without encourage. I remembered that You told them no matter what the color nor nation of man really who he is by your post somewhere here in forums. Once Deny it, person always deny the facts for rest as forever.

Reba, my post is not off-topic post. ;) I gave the verses that is correct and related your post where it opposite!. You seems deny "the truth of scripture nor the word of the truth" ( Daniel 10:21 ).

Mmmm.mm..

If you're not going to be nice, then I will not respond to your posts anymore. Be mature and polite. :ty:

Thats fine with me if you will not response to my posts anymore.. I am not SUCH CRY-BABY.

Oh thats not those verses you gave out. it seems that you have hardtime to answer directly my questions. Nevermind...

Therefore the scripture teaches me , Jesus never said to the discilple include you, don't hold the ten commandment and law and make you release from the commandment. He never did! Jesus carried the old testament of commandment and law around his disciples when he had spoken of the old testament, commandment, prophets' names. He told disciple, Moses wrote of me and about me. He kept moses's ten commandmant and law. Therefore he was not come to destory Moses's law and all prophets off from you.

Matthew 5:17; Mark 12:28-34, Jesus told, there is no other commadment great than these. Jesus kept the Moses's commandment, law and prophets fulfill like Luke 24:27, 44. isn't that obviously?

perfect verses of Matthew 15:3, 6, 8..

I am leave those verses with you this thread.

Oh thats not those verses you gave out. it seems that you have hardtime to answer directly my questions. Nevermind...

No, because I have never stated that Jesus says so. You decide to twisted my words around and tell me to show you where in the verse that Jesus said this.

, Jesus never said to the discilple include you, don't hold the ten commandment and law and make you release from the commandment.

Where the heck did I say anything about the 10 Commandment on this thread? You don't even know how to stay on the same ground. I was speaking of the "Salvation". Old Testament a time when sin could not be removed. New Testament is when a sin is saved by accepting Jesus as our Savior.

I said that my post of Daniel 3 might seem off topic.

I posted the entire chapter, so people can read it for themselves.

What part of Daniel 3 did I "twist"?

What does "color" and "nation" have to do with Daniel 3?

I said that my post of Daniel 3 might seem off topic.

Oh, Daniel 3 Chapter is not off topic. ;)

I posted the entire chapter, so people can read it for themselves.

What part of Daniel 3 did I "twist"?

Oh I say verses/ chapters in general of scriptures , not specify part of Daniel 3

What does "color" and "nation" have to do with Daniel 3?

Yes you notice that color and nation had with Daniel 3 chapter or you act like dumb and know nothing about color and nation in Daniel 3 chapters?

You made your claim that you are C-H-R-I-S-T-I-A-N! you suppose to know there is no separate old testment from new testment. the Prophet Elijah rised the young son from the dead , and another Prophet Elisha rised young son from dead in old testment and Jesus rised some from the dead. You think that they are not same exact and they are not same sons of God? old and new testment are not exact sames?

Daniel and revelation gave same charateristic of Beast. But you would tell me, Daniel of old testment and Revelation of new testmant are different, not EXACTLY same. oh God discovered you is being an interpretational intelligant, it make you chrisitian, because of that?
..

I don't recall even mentioning Elisha or Elijah, so how do you know what I believe about them?

I never said any such things about Daniel's prophecy.

Daniel's prophecy does tell about the end times, and I've never said otherwise.

I don't mind you not agreeing with me but I would appreciate you not making up stuff that I never said.

If you want to know what I believe about something, ask me. Don't make assumptions.

What year is this movie "Ben Hur"? I don't think I ever heard of this movie before.

It a 1959 movie which is about 40 years ago. It a pretty damn good movie. It about when a Jewish prince is betrayed and sent into slavery by a Roman friend, he regains his freedom and comes back for revenge. That movie was like almost 4 hours long while I was pregnant with my daughter. It a good movie but they now have it on closed-captions or subtitles.

But I am confused... If the bible said that God don't have a body, then why Jesus as "God" existed as human?

KJV Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his [own] image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

John 1:1 - 5

1 ¶ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2 The same was in the beginning with God.

3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

John 1: 18 No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared [him].

But the bible did not say "Jesus is GOD" it only say he is the son "of" God made in his image. So I don't think jesus is god himself. Because in the bible he said the house of my father in kingdom of heaven so obviously he the son of god. :)

What JW called it!!!

I guess GOD choosen Mary for some reasons to be the mother of his child. Mary had to Married Josph so her family protect her for beinging undwed mother without a husband. It must have been hard on Mary.

It not point! Reason, God had a special to Mary. Matthew 1:23

Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

I am not.. I am not here foool you and others around thru my words from the heart. I politely ask you, please show your respect.

You ask for respect but you won't give respect to others. Why not?
