Benefits of Netflix?

I get my DVDs free from the local library. :)

I am disappointed that CC is lagging a little bit on Californication.

Fill out a complaint form to FCC if you want (if you haven't done so). The new law requires CC to be correctly synchronized and spelled as well as no bleep allowed (except showings aired on TV local networks). One member left a link for all of you who complain about CC. His thread was supposed to be sticky but it was not so you have to search it. Sorry for that I don't remember his user name.

Edited: I found the thread. http://www.alldeaf.com/showthread.php?t=107366
Mod/Adm, please make it sticky.

I will do that after I speak with Netflix customer service. Thank you!

They got it fixed. It is ok now.
That's good news. You made a right move. Call a customer service first, if they fail to take care of the problem that you complain about, let FCC know. Since they solved the problem, you don't need to file a complaint to FCC.

Could it be possible that it's the ISP's fault and not Netflix?

What? Netflix has its own captions so how can you blame ISP for the problems that Netflix causes? Can you see that SilverRoxy contacted Netflix and they fixed the problem? So what does his ISP have to do with it?

I didn't call them. I noticed that they have problems with CC when they put TV shows and movies on Netflix. It takes a while for CC to be fixed.

Oh ok, I thought you already contacted them.

I guess someone else did.
