Casey Anthony convictions thrown out

Does not matter, it is legal bills is what kills her. You do not want to get in any legal mess cause it is gonna cost you dearly. Especially attorney fees. I can't elaborate what had happened to good friend of mine. He had to go though criminal court, and he told me legal fees really bites him hard. IRS does not count these personal legal fees EVEN if they exceed personal annual income, they only focus on personal income.

Should've pled guilty to murder. She would've had free shelter, food, healthcare. On top of that she would've been with people she could relate to, you know...murderers

I was told the people that kill kids do not do very well in jail .
 
Very true, in prison world those who committed crimes against kids will always be treated the lowest of the lowest. It is like the worst place for them to be there. Child killers, molester etc, they will always get beaten up even warden don't care. Those who are murders killing other adults, bank robbers usually on the top and be treated top by other prisoners. Any crimes that have nothing to do with kids and is magnitude will always be respected by other prisoners. For example Bernie Madoff, he really enjoying his retirement in jail! He already have bunch of friends down in federal jail. Why? Simple, he made off billions of dollars and got away especially without getting caught earlier and hurt(Physically) nobody.

We have some people on death row who may very well be innocent too.
Anyone remember the cases of Ron Williamson (Former Oakland A's) and Dennis Fritz?
There was also Tommy Ward and Karl Fontenot.
 
Yes, it is one of biggest reason why I am deeply opposed to death penalty.

I have no opinion on whether Casey is guilty or not. I do not believe that I have power vested in me making such judgement like this. Why? We live in truly corrupted world and medias can be corrupted to get people believe accuser as guilty which may not always turned out to be true. Like OJ Simpson, I have not made up my mind but what interesting me is that one of prisoner admitted the killing of Nicole and Goodman and he explained the crime which matched to the investigation finding in crime scene. So, because of this, it clearly to me that OJ Simpson may not be guilty as charged. Too bad his life already screwed up.

Thank god we have organization that is called "Project Innocence" that helps innocent convicts having their conviction overturned.

Not yet. There were four convictions for lying (giving false info) to cops. The judge threw two of them out due to double jeopardy so two more convictions to go. Sadly, the jury already found her not guilty of murder.

I disagree with juror said Casey have no guilty for drown in the pool. Why she didn't call 911 to rescue her daughter's life from drown? She didn't report missing. Why she covered up the story and talked to dad to borrow the shovel for her friends. She went to the wood and dig the ground and put Caylee's body behind the wood. I remember what happened to her and daugther on June 19 that where I was in Orlando for honeymoon. I never hear or think about her until one month later. Her mom reported Caylee's missing on July 14.

I know that she was possibly guilty but she got away with it because of the jury's verdict. She has two convictions so she must prove that she was not lying to the police officers. Hopefully she will be found guilty of those two charges. So wait and see.
 
IMO, the problem is judge never provider Casey Anthony take a mental health evaluate. She have problem with lying and kept secret and not tell the truth.

I heard of her mom's garage sale controversial that woman took a videotape of Casey's mom's behave and assault. She is filled sue on woman for took a videotape without Casey's parent know.

The parent is facing evicted from home that where Caylee death.
 
You see, many many people trying to avoid jury duty. If there wasn't refusal from anyone serve jury duty, we might have better justice.

better justice? I doubt it. why would you want your fate to be decided by people who don't wanna be there? they're not gonna make best decision.
 
No, you don't get what I am saying, those who refuse to serve jury duty and complaining that some got away, while others got punished while actually being innocent. Those kinds of people needs to STFU or serve jury duty! Those who never serve jury summon would have no idea whats going on inside the court room, what business do they have when they complain about lousy justice?

There are threads here about jury summons and most of ADers comes up with excuses for not serve jury duty, right?

There are also thread like Casey Anthony cases, they complaining Casey got away with it too easily.

If they complain about these kinds of BS, then they should have accept jury summon otherwise STFU about whats consequence in court room.

uh.... jury duty and a criminal who got away with it? no comparison at all.... no comparison.....
 
There are some people do not like jury duty as it can be emotional issues going thru the courtroom to see all the gruesome evidences and such thing. That's one thing those jurors will not easily forget.

I've been excused not because of my request, I have been called a few times but not even close to being selected until last year when I was called for murder trial with capital punishment. The defendant wanted me in the box but fortunately the DA wanted to excuse me so I went home. That defendant was later found guilty and sentenced to death... he had no remorse and bragged about being sent to death row waiting 30 years or so. He is crazy man.

Taxes that I halfa to pay for, then I have right to complain about how government spend money. My complaint about government is improper spending money, for instance those who works for IRS getting bonus even though they are behind with taxes, justifiable for me to pay taxes to those who get away with it? HELL NO! And at the same time, those who work for private companies, behind taxes? Their wages get garnished, then why IRS employees get special exemptions?

What does this has to do with this thread?

Sure, you can be excused, and you have experience what it is like to be in court room. I have no problem chatting with you about the verdict opinion.

Those who never went though Jury duty or avoided at all cost especially using Deafness as excuse is really lame to complaining that one does not get justice or not enough justice.

It is about experiencing and understand what is really happening behind whats going on.
