Do You Use Purple for Relay Services ?

I agree with his post! People like qwerty or lilbug need to stop jumping to a conclusion and yell, "FRAUD!!!" It is almost like crying wolf and people will stop believing those who make false accusations. Where is evidence to prove Purple is doing fraud activities? Where is the source that points Purple being involved in criminal and fraudulent activities? Obviously, qwerty and lilbug have none!

its all over in SEC filings lot subpoena from FCC since April 2009
all over in NECA.org reports on month minutes drop is there

Can you give me the source about Purple minutes dropped instantly after viable got busted by FBI? It could relate to another thing beside viable, for an example FCC tweak the rule alittle often than it usual, as adjusting the minute pay per and such which is may affect too, honestly.... theres several reasons to cause. You cant automatically think, " Oh its obviously cause of that!". I have no reason to answer ur question why it instantly dropped since i have no answer for it.

timeline last fall/winter
As i was Rep of the purple before feb, i seen alot of stuff changed throughout inside the Purple and theres alot dramatically waves on minutes due to rumors/discontinue using/such like that. Also discontinue using 3rd party call for conference after viable's incident.

Unfortunate, I took a quick research on this and the incident. I noticed the timeline of the dated of viable's incident and the Purple's minutes arent seemed valid since it is NOT instantly dropped as i can see it dropped alittle down and getting recovering back to building numerous of the minutes again. It is yet not actual evidence.

the month of july is viable's incident and the month of aug is purple's minute loosen.

Like i said, it could of due to incident could affect on VRS's activities, and the sept 09 is discontinue for third call party via conference which is caused dramatically dropping as well as another reasonings too.

According to chart from NECA dropped 30% but that doesnt show from Purple alone. DO NOT ASSUME, never ever assume. Assuming is all screw ups.

Now, what we need is the breakdown in minutes from EACH provider month to month so thats a fact.

Bring it on!

So, Purple had the weekend to go spend some time on their yachts and drink cheap wine, while grilling some spam on the grill and think about a plan. I do hope Purple fire the guilty people involved with the scheme of over billing for false minutes and come up as a clean, ethical , and fair company for people with a hearing loss. Again, I applaud FCC for catching the criminals and punishing the guilty parties and for giving Purple time to come up with a plan to repay the taxpayers monies which we or our families and friend's pay through the phone bills.

Yes they do! They have to turn a profit to survive and grow. Nothing wrong with that, but it is "profit off the deaf".

I would prefer to say that it is a for-profit endeavor vs a non-profit.....I know one of the owners of Convo and I wish them well. I want all VRS companies to be deaf-owned but of course, that means that they would all be honest, ethical, highly qualified and all that. :D

this information confidental no public information is avialble not even with NECA can assume all the f..k we want based on public informatoin

easily point finger at Purple due to past antics with FCC

I saw the document with purple's minutes. 700k a month to 450k...
Just more than 30%.

THAT IS NOT ASSUMPTION.

Okay. That isn't what you said, but thanks for clarifying.

Personally, I will not put that much faith in anybody. I hope that you are right though.

Problem is, what is the alternative?

You saw the document, I guess you saw the 'imaginary' document unless you post it here for all of us to see.

Otherwise, blow it off

It was on google documents, and it was taken down. I truly wish I saved it.

It was the FCC notice of billing Purple 18mil, with a break down of minutes and illicit minutes that Purple replied to, in court, and it was spread around the internet.

So, yeah... I've seen enough with that document.

It's not "imaginary." I don't know what your problems are. Are you seriously that dense?
