The Sleight Of Hand Game

Ok, I'm going to restart this game. And I'm going to rename
it! So the name of this game is:

SLIGHT OF HAND

The purpose of this game is to see if
you can guess the English idom. Try
to make up a sign that will help some
one guess what the idom is.

Example:

If I signed: If I tapped the letter R on the
top right side of my head and then placed that
R inside my c shaped hand, while shaking my
head no, what would that
English idom be?

Idom: I am not in my right mind
Meaning: I am crazy

Don't forget to type the Idiom and
then type the meaning.

OK here goes.

Make the sign for: "to begin" on the top of your head
then sign "want"

OK what is the English Idiom
and what is the meaning?

Oh, wow, this is hard. Unlocking my mind to wants? Turning the key to dreams and desires? Keep an open mind?

I'll go with the last as a possible idiom.

Getting warm Chase, think about the R. (Hint: direction)

It is very hard.

"Begin" on top of the head?

:hmm:

Good Lord, woman, what was your MOS in the WACs? Secret codes? How am I going to sleep tonight? I'll get back to you.

with my tiny girl sized hands.

Yes Reba, start the sign on the top RIGHT side of your head.
heehee You guys are so gonna say, Why didn't I think of that?!

OK you guys you win by default because my dyslexic brain got the two
signs mixed up.I ammm Sorrrry!!!!!

The sign for "begin" on the top of your head.

It means, "Head Start"

Sorrry! My Bad! I'll do another one.

When Dyslexics Sign

You think I'm bad here you should see me at Church pot lucks when there
is total immersion. Sometimes I sign the word that is next in the sentence
before the last word and then sign the first word. Some how my Deaf friends
are able to interpret. (But not after a few curious looks):giggle:

OK next one.

Make the sign for "applying cosmetics" on the fore head.

What is the English idiom?

What is the meaning?

Okay... I signed it. That's kind of a tough one. The one that came to my mind was "Tap on the head." I'm pretty good with English idioms, but I will admit this one got me a little. :-/

I'm new at this game thing. So how many times should I let
people try befor I give the answer? How does this work?

Just a few... maybe 2 or 3 because after that, people start to lose interest.

The Slight Of Hand Game

OK next one:

Make the sign for "break" on the top of your forehead and
then make the sign for "give it to" (directional, whoever you
are giving it to)

What is the English Idiom?
