Do you remember what happened to the DOSS? Were he free with out charge ?

I saw six cops holding woman down at one point ch was used then they sat on her..poor woman had mental illness..the cops were put on leave but went back to work after few weeks it was horrendous to see poor woman but apparently the cops taught this right way and I uk where cops supposed be civilized which joke
 
My question is why wasn't he laid back flat on his back when he passed out. Why leave him in handcuffs if he was having a medical emergency?
 
IIRC, he was let go. Insurance policies something, then DOSS removed all the guns from the officers after a few deaf guys were hired in DPS.

Things happen too fast in real life. 9/10 officers would not want to kill somebody if they were in a situation like that. Some of these cops who went overboard and killed someone might have mental or psychological stuff going on and need to be re-evaluated if they are fit to be in the line of duty.
