You should not use a student for a conference/interview. A professional qualified interpreter should be used for this. Using a student can cause many problems.

HAHA....I grew in NJ and there is NO such law. Many of my Deaf are also GREAT mechanics too in NJ. There is actually NO law like that ANYWHERE in USA!
