Wait until the trial starts then the debate can get somewhere. For now the argument will never end until prosecution and defense attorney have presented the material to the judge.

Black leaders and Al Sharpton are not matter - claim about riot from black communities are ridiculous.

The prosecutor had probable cause or evidence to arrest Zimmerman and charge with crime - it doesn't means prosecutor arrested Zimmerman because of black leaders or public outcry - that's illegal and unconstitutional. That why I said about black leaders and public outcry are not matter.

You don't have to run to get charged with murder.

Disagree....it may or may not be legal or even unconstitional...but it happens...time and time again. Black leaders are notorious for starting marches, even riots if they cannot get their way....and if Z is found innocent of all charges...expect more riots and marches! And Al Sharpton is very notorious for this, look up his past record (I even made a thread about it).

Public outcry does mean something!...and it should in cases where there is outright murder or a crime committed that the Police will not do anything...and again, Z did not run!...He stood his ground and told his side of the story....If he would have ran and tried to hide...then I would believe that he was guilty of the crime he is accused of. But he did not and cooperated.

Your disagreement is no matter to me because I'm speaking fact - Zimmerman wasn't arrested because of public outcry.

I don't care about Al Sharpton because he is no matter to my statement

Riot - oh please, you are famous for make-believe statement.

1965 Watts Riot and 1992 LA Riot were primarily caused by police officers, however Zimmerman wasn't police officer so it is out of point.

Also, not really, you don't have to run away to be charged with murder - the run is not requirement in those charge.

That's true but it's also called "consciousness of guilt" and is considered to be evidence that the person knows he did something wrong and is running to avoid the consequences.

yes there is. just by getting out of his car is the beginning of disastrous chain reaction.

I disagree.

google it.

Still no way of knowing.

:cool2:

That's what I thought.

oh well. fortunately - two police investigators and the prosecutor saw it that way and agreed that Zimmerman is at fault.

*shrug* I copied/pasted from Florida CCW pamphlet given to me by Florida State Police Department.

There is worst - you couldn't change victim's families, Trayvon's parent want Zimmerman to be prosecuted for kill their son. Losing a child is never easy for parent.

I'm not interested in what the parents want. Prosecutor's job is not to do what parents wish for.

I see a serious error in Zimmerman's judgment and I'm glad that two investigating officers and prosecutor agreed.

Darn tootin'!...and suppose you ran over or shot somebody...an accident or self-defense....how would you feel?....Feel sure that Z has been deeply depressed...He's yet to be prosecuted....but he's already been persecuted....

Without demand from Trayvon's parent, Zimmerman will be free today because of SYG law.

After Trayvon's parent demanded Zimmerman to be prosecuted, also public outcry may help some of them.

Ask Trayvon's parent about how they felt. Trayvon got shot after involved in combat with Zimmerman.

I think Zimmerman has depression issue before because he is on anti-depessant drug. All anti-depressant and anti-psychotic drugs could have strong influence on your behavior.

No. It was brought to attention to somebody higher up who saw the justice has been served unjustly. Not surprising since Zimmerman's father was a magistrate. That's how he made Zimmerman's criminal history go away.

so now you're saying "public outcry" DID help ??...

Oh, I got it now.

I said "may" - may or may not.

It didn't work for Katelyn Hunt's case.

Jiro told me that my statement is wrong, though.

I'm sure that is convincing to people sitting in prison wrongly convicted.

Exactly.....a vague pamphlet. *shrug*
