why did they comment about zimmerman's weight that has been balooned up to 110 pounds that is close to 300? they think he did it on purpose to make himself something whatever they all think he was.
Well, his weight gain was pretty hard to ignore; it was very noticeable.

It's probably from stress.

I call it manslaughter because there was no premeditation involved.

The second degree murder doesn't have premeditation involved.

The capital murder or first degree murder must have premeditation involved.

yea that's a sign of stress. oh well. hope he's taking care of his health now.

I agree about the stresses that has been crossed my mind. BUT why did they comment how fake he was by thinking that he did it on purpose to put weight on to make himself looks like hes an innocent. I caught some reporters alleged it on news. i think its on CNN or some channels. whoa!

I don't think 2nd degree murders requires premeditation. Manslaughter is unjustifiable killing without being deliberate or premeditated.

Yup, if the charge were manslaughter I would be thinking that he could be in trouble based on this evidence.

Fat people look more innocent than skinny people? That's news to me. If anything, I would think that makes them look like they have less self control, which would not be a positive attribute.

Didn't he admit to intentionally shooting?
He admitted to shooting. It was intentional if you mean he pulled the trigger and that it wasn't an accident, like shooting someone while cleaning a gun. But was the intention to kill someone, or was it self-defense?

Exactly, defense attorneys usually "coach" defendants to look "attractive but humble"

I ll search for this link if the reporters did say that or me misunderstanding :blushed: lol but i thought i saw that comment.

Off the point, the way he put weight on, that did make him look like he's an innocent and it worked, in my own eyes.

If you missed the O'Mara interview today he states clearly that his intent of introducing this evidence was to potentially rebut character references made by the prosecution. Exactly like I said. The evidence is only barred from opening statements which O'Mara said he had no intention of doing anyway. Expect this evidence to be entered if the prosecution puts up a poster of 12yo Trayvon.

He didn't mention the jury pool of course......he can't really say that.

I see, that makes sense.

an excerpt of Zimmerman's 911 call

sounds like a malice of forethought... :dunno:

Does that necessarily mean he was planning to kill him or just get him arrested? I agree it's doesn't sound good.

No, it just sounds like frustrated whining.

He didn't say, "It looks like I need to take care of these a**holes all by myself."

He didn't say, "I'm going to take care of this a**hole myself, and he'll never get away alive."

You see, he didn't mention taking any kind of action. He was just stating his frustration with previous outcomes.

The most important excerpt from that recording is the "ok"

it can mean anything... not an actual confirmation.

"ok" as in "yea whatever" or
"ok" as in "got it. walking back to my car now"

According to 911 timestamp... he said "ok" at 2:28 and then the call ends at 4:07. That's 2 minutes long between "ok" and end of the call. By then, he should have arrived at his car or be very close to it but no....... he was at a considerable distance away from his car.... so it doesn't not add up for him.

The prosecutor will probably demonstrate that Zimmerman was not walking back to his car... he was still pursuing Trayvon.

Unless he got confused about where he left the car. Or was watching carefully as he walked back. Or 100 other different explanations.

Claim.....I think you mean claim. That would be almost a Dardenian mistake.
