as expected.. a quibbling. I'll leave that to a medical professional to explain and his testimony will dispute that. no doubt that jury will not buy defense's argument.

I am only stating what often happens in cases like this where an expert is called to testify on marajuna evidence. I am not taking a side either way.

same except I'm taking a prosecutor's side. I have zero sympathy for a cop wannabe.

Funny how the defense is trying to divert the attention to TM. His history has nothing to do with why he was murdered by a wanna be cop. Zim. has a history as well.
He actually has violence on record. TM may have been done things that he should not have done, but that does not give Zim a license to track down and kill TM.

They are only trying to quash the "good kid" narrative and make sure the case is decided on facts instead of emotion.. It is a smart move. They are not trying to justify the killing based on Trayvon's past.

which is irrelevant. and I doubt prosecutor is going to try to paint Trayvon as a good boy. jury's not that stupid. Trayvon was obviously living with his father because he was a trouble back at home.

I find it quite comical that you're saying they're trying to make sure the case is decided on facts instead of emotion. It's actually the other way around.

After the Casey Anthony trial. I will not be surprised if it goes either way.

Right now it is a battle for the jury pool. This isn't about the actual trial. The media and social media have tainted the jury pool for months with the good boy lie. The defense is trying to counter taint. That is all this is about.

No, if you see my first post in the thread I said it is BS from both sides. Also in my last post.

I have yet to see any evidence that this rises to the level of Murder 2. The prosecutor will have to be much stronger at trial to prove that case. The country is pretty split on this. Hard to imagine how they will convince 12 jurors that this is Murder 2.

For me, I believe that Zimmerman could find guilty on 2nd degree murder.

When prosecutor decides to charge Zimmerman with 2nd degree murder so they have evidence to charge it.

circumstantial evidence though.

It only takes 1 juror. The prosecutor may have a warehouse of evidence that we don't know about. If not, this case is pretty thin.

yep. agreed.

That means you have a biased opinion, and that you don't wait for all the facts to be presented before making a decision.

That's why you could never serve on a jury.

No, it's not "obvious." He could have been living with his father for many reasons having nothing to do with his behavior.

again - I'm not serving on a jury for Zimmerman trial so I don't need to adhere to the standard that a juror must follow. we're not in a court room. this is a forum where it's "free for all" so relax.

why did they comment about zimmerman's weight that has been balooned up to 110 pounds that is close to 300? they think he did it on purpose to make himself something whatever they all think he was.

I call it manslaughter because there was no premeditation involved.
