My dad name was Pomah ( Ukrainain ).. people called him Roman or Ron ... ( United Kingdom) Long story ..... :).

My daughter name Kerri-ann ... Love that name ..... My son got my dad's name because my dad passed away 4 months before my son was born ....

What's wrong with that? Elmo IS a real name! But, yeah it does make you think of the Muppet from Sesame Street!
I like unique and unusual names......would never want to be one of many Lizs, or Beths, or Insert Common Name Here Names.....My first name is kind of unusual.......it;s just that EVERYONE misspells it!
 
i have very unsual name still is but ppl love the name anyway
but part of my name is common i use that for nickname

it came from a movie from 1939 classic

a great cousin named aysa (pronounced) aisa like the continet


my cousin danielles nick name is sissy.. i don't know how she got it lol

my cousin nicoles friend when she was little was named winter

my moms friends step grandkid is named colton.. sounds like a baby horse

and my old sunday school teacher named her kid levi ... makes me think of jeans.
 
Mine is Hazzard, one because I liked "The Dukes of Hazzard"
as a child, the other reason bein I was Hazzardous to my
own health,I was a clutz.
