Democrats control the Senate. Their grip in both the House and Senate will most likely strengthen tomorrow night so, it is a good chance for Obama and Biden as next President and Vice-President respectively in a case of electoral tie.

If Obama get 270 by Tuesday's night then he will win the election.

Back in 1992, Bill Clinton were elected by Tuesday night after received after 270.

I hopefully that wouldn't be any issue, unlike FL in 2000 and Ohio in 2004.
