There's abit of comparsion between Microsoft and Sega before the Dreamcast and Xbox came out into the world.
1. Sega shared Mircosoft's Windows processor CE on Dreamcast.
2. Sega was popular for its online gaming service "sega net" with such games as Phantasy Star online and Chu Chu rocket.
3. Sega was half a year ahead of other consoles as Sony's Playstation 2.
3. Sega uses its Microphone peripheral for such games as seaman on Dreamcast.
4. Sega Planned to eventually offer larger storage capacity with a Zip drive.
5.Sega also planned to play DVDs in the future.
now on Mircosoft...
1. Microsoft uses its Windows XP processor on Xbox 360.
2. Microsoft's very popular for its online service, Xbox live on many games such as Halo 2, Doom 3, Dead or alive Ulitmate and others.
3. Microsoft's a year and half ahead of Playstation 3 and Nintendo Revloution.
4. Microsoft plans to eventually offer larger storage capacity with new Hard Drives.
5. Microsoft plans to play HD-DVDs on Xbox360 in the future.
