Well, I use my Linksys E2500 had duel-band. 2.5Ghz to 5GHz or Fast speed up to 300 + 300 Mbps for Wi-Fi.

I read website about 802.11ac won't work 1.3Gbps, only 266Mbps, they try AC-only, 80Mhz, still 266Mbps!!

I am not buy 802.11ac not yet!!

any work 1.3Gbps?

What about sticking with 802.11n until issue with 802.11ac are fixed?

I think You talk about a "Gigabit" Ethernet router that does NOT work with basic internet speed (up to 100 Mbps speed)

That's not a serious concern if your net speed is not like 100 Mbps or anything in the end you are still limited by your Internet speed

There was another thread about someone fixing this problem by switching the heatsink to something bigger and adding a fan. Have to rip off the cover though

NOT GOOD for FAN,
9' or 12' fan is limit 8,000 hours to broke, if small fan 3,000-4,000hours to broke, router keep fan 24hours about 6 months then replace fan again..I don't like it
