Would appreciate an opinion

3. Call hit man (his number 342-234-9084)

but then... if that person is dead, you're not gonna be able to have that photos deleted since his/her password died with him/her.

Usually give an instruction to Hit Man... tell him/her to remove it first... then he have permission to finish the rest.

Wondering if this person was drinking alcohol in the photo???

No alcohol was involved is my understanding.

I was not offended by your people's court comment. I thought I might have offended you actually. I am sorry for the misunderstanding. You are right about needing to keep a sense of humor. This week the world has been really beating me up and I must have misplaced it somewhere. Will really try to find it again. Maybe I need to follow Sunny Sign's example and stay home for a few days. Sorry for going off subject. Back on track now

I would be very upset if someone posted my photo with out asking me first!! How do you feel about this? I was out with Marty and teenage girls fell in love with and wanted to take a photo with Marty.
I said it was ok as long my photo was not taken. Marty had his photo taken with the 3 girls and is now on facebook! I not not like my photo taken and feel people should respect that.

This is one part of the current discussion. Some feel the situation was a blatant act of disrespect and an invasion of privacy, especially when the poster tried to defend the behavior rather than just apologize, remove the post, and move on. Some feel it was nothing more than bad judgement and she was embarrassed when asked to remove the picture, thus the defense, so therefore not really a big deal. Wondering how the majority of you feel about it?

You do not need to elicit opinions from us to decide on who is right. It's very simple.

Your friend should remove it upon your request. If you would like a permission first, then tell him/her. Plain and simple.

my father have serious heavy alchol picture no idea I think

I have a photo of my dad and he is standing on a stage with a full band behind him and a little girl looking very confused. Dad had a few drinks and got on the stage to sing right in the middle of the girl act! The girl did not know what to made of my dad. some pictures really are worth a thousand words!

Actually Jiro I did need to ask if I ever wanted to hear the end of this discussion at home and I can promise you I had heard enough before I posted here. The two couples involved are family. I love them dearly but sometimes they can be a little silly. Family will lsten to strangers before other family, at least in my experience that is what usually happens, and thanks to all of you I can now mark this issue closed and return to other subjects of conversation over dinner. My digestion needs the rest. Thanks to all of you.

Wirelessly posted (droid)

Uh oh! Family negotiations are difficult. Good luck!

It should be taken down since the subject of the picture is uncomfortable with it.

I wouldn't have a problem with it but if the person does, the once who posted it should respect that.

I'd prefer that people ask me, but if the picture's decent, I typically allow it. I do, however, expect that if I ask for my photo to be taken down that it's done promptly. I also don't like pics going up that are too recent. For the most part, I don't like people just posting things as they happen, 'cause then I feel like I can be stalked.

I think that the person who posted it ought to have asked, especially since they just met the subject of the photo. I think that unless you know the person well, and you know their preferences, you ought to ask, even before taking the photo, much less putting it on Facebook.

*pulls out the binoculars and peaks over the hedge at Stevie*
