I am stress because I think so not good idea... .I thinks too much because I think feeling not good. I think so not good doesn't help worry because I think so stress too much because I think so not good because that is not good for health.. I think so negative I am tired I think so too much worried....


That is not good health that is not good....

I think so too much worried.... I am very too much I am very too much always stress because i think so too much............

What are you worried about? Are you seeing a therapist? Perhaps you can see a therapist once a week or once every 2 weeks so you can talk about whatever is bothering you. I see a therapist once a week and it helps relieve alot of the stress I feel.
 
Hope you do see a therapist or get some help with the problem!

I do believe deafies "think too much"...I guess it's because of the silence around us.

I too, used to worry and worry!...Over the "small things" or things I could do nothing about!...I found out that to just get up, and do something or get outside, take a ride...do something productive.....anything! would take my mind off whatever was worrying me!..And of course, talking to friends that understood me!....Staying away from "the news" also helped me a lot! And just mainly doing things that I enjoyed doing, such as a hobby.

Also, I just set aside a certain time to "worry" about the things that were important! Just a few minutes! If I could not solve "what was worrying me"....then I just told myself....what will be...will be! Easier said than done, I know! Just remmy, it's still a beautiful world out there!
 
When I have alot of things I worry about, I like to compartmentalize them in a mental box. What I mean by this is that I place them in 4 (or 6 depending on how many worries I have :)) different "mental compartments" and let it be until the next day. I remind myself that there is nothing further I can do until the following day when I can take action.
 
help you calm down i need to calm down.......... I stress because you calm down; that is better avoid worried too much scared or anxiety....

They are help teach management case you should be stop worrieed., I try be help you better calm down.. That is reason help you better doesn't worried too much I understand why are important to help you calm down...

I have problems with anxiety when I'm manic or have a PTSD flashback.

Although I take Clonazepam to help control my rapid cycling, I've found that it reduces my anxiety as well.

You might want to ask your psychiatrist about taking an anti-anxiety med like Clonazepam (Klonopin), Xanax or Ativan.
 
I think your problem is that you worry about worrying

It's not that simple in Travis' case. He also has bipolar disorder (as he has mentioned before on AD) and many people with bipolar have problems with anxiety.

I do understand he is looking for someone to talk to. I do understand that we can not do anything to help him. (online) but to just talk to him. (maybe make him feel better temporally)

He has to help himself, and speak to his therapist.

I hate to sound harsh. But it seems he is resorting to AD too much for advice, that only a license therapist can truly give him.

Travis, I do want you to understand that I, and many others here do care and are concerned about you. This is why I am saying this.
 
You need to stop and think Travis. When something is worrying you, just ask yourself, "Is there anything I can do about it at this minute?" If the answer is "no", go on to something you can change. If the answer is "yes", then do what you can about what is worrying you.
 
Worryin' won't add 15 minutes of your life but grey your hair faster! :lol:

Yes, I do have a history of rapid cycling moods, but I am doing much better now thanks to my meds. :)

I'm so glad that you're happy! I know you've had a rough time lately, so it's nice to see you feeling better! :D :hug:
 
it is rough changelle very hard to comunication to you.. i help you better to you communication you... i let know important to help you make sure want to you. i foucs on management case that is cousillor you know more supportive for deaf mentor for help you calm down....
