I am stress because I think so not good idea... .I thinks too much because I think feeling not good. I think so not good doesn't help worry because I think so stress too much because I think so not good because that is not good for health.. I think so negative I am tired I think so too much worried....

) different "mental compartments" and let it be until the next day. I remind myself that there is nothing further I can do until the following day when I can take action.
I don't want to sound unfeeling, but I have to agree.
