Woman with Down Syndrome not allowed to travel outside Ireland

that disgusting...hope to book holiday to florida with my daughter who Downs..deaf mother Downs daughter be almighty trouble if i refused
 
I hope they get this resolved. It seems that the officials aren't being helpful. :hmm:
